Always the same you come through for fast food and you end up being there about 15-20 minutes the food is okay considering is fast food the service can go either way depending on an employee's attitude

Drive thru was slow, my order was not right. The prices for the biggie deals are incorrect on their outside sign. When addressed to employee, employee did not seemed interested or concerned

I went for the number 5 breakfast I'm in drive thru and asked that they put the meat on the side. I would think they would make a fresh sandwich, but no. I went inside and showed them they just took the meat off and it's no ones business, but I don't eat meat so I just wanted an egg and cheese sandwich. They did accommodate and remade the sandwich. Then I to l d the drive thru girl she didn't give me my orange juice finally a cook from the back gave it to me. It's ashame people need a job and don't want to work it kindly. Customer service was truly bad. The manager didn't manage and need to retrain and understand why her position is important. It is more than a pay check.

Ordered a baconator meal and a baked potato with sour cream and butter. Got to the window and thr cashier was screaming over my car at a gentlemen “where my chips at”. He said he’d go back to get them she was then in a bad mood and I ask where my sour cream was she said we ain’t got none and slammed the window. When I got home I realized they gave me chicken tenders instead of a potato!

Just passing through this area. Stopped for window pickup service.
If you are a walking dead fan, you will relive the experience. Worst customer service ever seen. 5 cars told to park after pick up. Mindless zombies collide in the food prep area. Wrong drinks given. Sign this crew up for the next episode.

Residential Services

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on 8/27 around 8pm. When I tried to place an order at the drive-thru, I was told they were only accepting cash payments. I asked if I could place a mobile order instead, and was told it was fine.

Less than a minute later, another worker suddenly came out the back door, still wearing an apron as if he was cooking, and shouted loudly at me to “get out of the line.” There were no other cars waiting, and I explained I was simply finishing a mobile order since card was not being accepted. He yelled again that the line was “on a timer” and was extremely rude in tone and behavior.

I’ve always chosen Wendy’s for good service, but this was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. No customer should be treated that way. Corporate needs to address this immediately . This location needs better training and oversight to ensure customers are treated with respect.
