Fries were old , dry, and disgusting. Food was cold and disgusting as well. It was late and I no longer wanted to wait in line. I was also missing food and utensils. Extremely dissatisfied. Maybe next time will be a better experience.🙃🙃🙃

Staff is so ratchety the food was horrible And I had left and had gotten back to my location and realized they hadn’t given me my chocolate Frosty even though they charge me $1.99 for it. Someplace you learn not to go to because of the kind of people they hire. LAZY ASSES!!!!

This is for Wendy's as a whole. The quality and appearance of the final product has drastically diminished in the past few months. I have tried a numbers of locations in a few states and they all fall short. Your value menu sandwiches are no more than sliders, literally. The Signature sandwich, single, with or without cheese, merely a child's hamburger with microscopic lettuce and tomato. My children understand now when I say, "There is food at home". Make your menu and prices reflect your diminished product.

Customer service is awful. I came up there to make a order at 12:50. No one wanted to take my order wasted seven minutes sitting there.

Orders are constantly wrong. Especially at night. The girl working the drive thru argues with you when you inform her items are missing from your bag and tries to tell you what you didn’t order when it’s clearly on your receipt. They give no straws for your drinks nor do they give napkins. Horrible service!!!! Fire the entire staff and start from scratch! Whomever is in charge over there needs to be fired also! The problem starts at the top

Just went through the drive thu and made a large order...two orders of the $7 biggie bags, #3, #4, and two orders of the saucey nuggets. We were asked to pull up....we sat there for 30 minutes before the order came out. She only gave us the biggie meals and the saucey nuggets. No drinks and neither one of the combo meals. We told the young lady we were missing those items she took the receipt and went back inside. We sat for another 10 mins and still no food or drinks. So I went on the inside where there seemed to be total chaos behind the counter. The manager looked lost and the crew was just standing around. There was an older lady waiting inside on her order and she stated she had been waiting for a long time as well. I then went to the restroom and it was filthy and by the time I came out the food was taken out to my car BUT still no drinks. The manager seemed to be upset with her crew with no cooperation from them. All I need is one week training this manager and crew on customer service......this location needs help!!!
