Just passing through this area. Stopped for window pickup service.
If you are a walking dead fan, you will relive the experience. Worst customer service ever seen. 5 cars told to park after pick up. Mindless zombies collide in the food prep area. Wrong drinks given. Sign this crew up for the next episode.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on 8/27 around 8pm. When I tried to place an order at the drive-thru, I was told they were only accepting cash payments. I asked if I could place a mobile order instead, and was told it was fine.

Less than a minute later, another worker suddenly came out the back door, still wearing an apron as if he was cooking, and shouted loudly at me to “get out of the line.” There were no other cars waiting, and I explained I was simply finishing a mobile order since card was not being accepted. He yelled again that the line was “on a timer” and was extremely rude in tone and behavior.

I’ve always chosen Wendy’s for good service, but this was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. No customer should be treated that way. Corporate needs to address this immediately . This location needs better training and oversight to ensure customers are treated with respect.

I could've returned them for new fries
You have to be careful these days some people put things in your food
So my resolution will be to never return and buy my fries frozen from the grocery store

This message is for the regional manager. Please take a look at this location horrible staff, horrible customer service. The whole location needs to be revamped from the manager to the staff. I watched a young lady drop a Wendy’s bag full of food on the floor and this was a pick up order. She dropped the bag on the floor and picked it up off the floor and put it on the counter for the DoorDash person to pick up in front of people OK in front of other customers, I will not be back.

LAZY..won't open the lobby until AFTER 8:00am even though the door clearly says 7:00am. Change the posted hours or get a new crew that can wake up and get to work.
