60 mins waiting when np one was a jead of me. The satff were wearing pj's and house slippers. They took Mulino smoke breaks. They sold me rotten wings.

Walked into the restaurant and 3 young guys that worked there were seated in waiting area and when we ordered they all got up and walked to the back to prepare the food. We waited about 25min to get some burnt wings. One the guys came from the back and was twisting his locs as sat back down in the waiting area. This place has went down since the previous owner. I'm never eating here again. Use to be one of my favorite wing spots

Ordered 10 piece mild buffalo wings and fries. The wings were so thin that they were over cooked. The fries, shoe string, were horrible with no salt on them. The ranch dressing tasted rancid. Will definitely not order again! They have really gone down hill!

Positive: my wings were cooked and flavors good. The fries were good as well.Issue number 1: Order was ready about 10 mins after time stated on app. The guy behind the counter seemed to be the only one working so that was semi understandable. He was apologetic.Issue number 2: My daughter's chicken finger was horrible. She took one bite and spit it out. I took a bite to see and immediately spit it out. The meat tasted and smelled like it was spoiled. Waste of money and am praying we don't get sick from the bite we tried.

Apparently this location is under new ownership again. Have been a longtime customer here until now. I ordered wings and a box of fries. Wings tasted like they were fried in old grease..... ? Then I opened the box of fries and they were soggy and dripping with black grease so this tell me all the food I ordered had been fried in old grease..... Fries were not even edible. Will go elsewhere for wings.

Residents of Ellenwood, this is the best kept secret in the area. When it comes to wings, Tobias and his staff offers the best wings in the area. Also the fries ?were great( not soggy) like most in the area. Tobias , so happy that you decided to take over this location. I am a regular customer for sure. Keep up the good service.

I went here to order some wings and fries. My total came to $10.15. I gave the young African-American girl $20.25. She gave me change $9.85. I placed the money on the counter, spread it out and told her that I got the wrong change. She proceeded to argue with me saying let me show you that this is right. I said to her go ahead. She then continue to prove me wrong. I then said to her I gave you $20.25. She then said oh it threw me off because you put my money on the counter. And she further said I know you were raised better than that. I canceled my order and started to leave. She even threaten to call the police on me and I was being recorded. I hope management look at the recording and see how she treats their customers!! Will NEVER RETURN!!

Will not go back here again! We ordered and payed on-line, it said pickup in 20 min. When we got there and walked in the floor was sticky and smells/looks like dirty water was used to mop also the tables dirty. We had ordered fries burgers and wings. Calling the health department on this one. If the outside sitting area is this dirty, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Terrible service. Owners are rude and the wings was burnt. Please do not visit this establishment. Save your hard earned dollars and go down the street for a better experience.

This was a one and done for us! We ordered and payed on-line, it said pickup in 15 min. When we got there and walked in the floor was sticky and the tables dirty. We had ordered fries burgers and wings. First they told us that a jalapeño bacon burger wasn't even on their menu, which we were clearly looking at, so then they said well, we have no jalapeños, ok fine, let's just have a double cheese burger, she said a double cheeseburger is a patty with a piece of cheese, and on top of that once the burgers were done there were no hamburger rolls. Here we are 45 min later and our wings and fries are now stone cold, we just wanted to be refunded for the burgers, the girl at the counter could not even do the Math so she was just going to give us 25.25, not too sure what that was all about, so we did the math for her and it came to 21 that she owed us, she told us she had no 1s and proceeded to tell us all the money she had in the drawer from hundreds and fifties and twenties, glad nobody was there to rob the place! It was all kids working there with 0 supervision and that's fine as long as they know what they are doing, but clearly they don't. This little girl could not have been more rude, like it was our fault that all this happened, unfortunately the woman before us had similar issues and left her order and walked out. I would say they should change there name to Just Wings!

Just bad, changed seasoning since last time and the lemon pepper tastes sweet or off now. Fries were soggy and had no flavor at all. Whole dinner not enjoyed. Won't be returning

This is review is not about the the food but about the service that I was provided at this establishment. I placed an order online and when I went got to the restaurant at about 7:15 it was not ready. They explained that the system is not alerting them of online uber orders in the kitchen. Fine I understood and was willing to wait. I asked the young lady up front how long, she checked with the kitchen they said dropping them now and it would be 10 minutes. 10 minutes passed, I inquired again about my order and the young man couldn't tell me. Then walked in the kitchen without providing an update about my food. Finally, someone named I believe Kristin came up asked what the issue was stated it only takes 13 minutes for wings and I explained the situation and how long I've been waiting. She just looked at me and was like we're sorry. When my food finally came at 7:50 and hour after I placed my original order online. I asked Kristin what can she do to compensate me for my time and inconvenience and she laughed stating I asked her wrong. Said nothing she could about it because it wasnt her fault and there was only three people working. Then told me there was nothing she could do about and if I had a problem I need to call the owner and walked back to the kitchen without providing any additional help. This is a business in service and that means providing appropriate service for your customers. This is unacceptable and I will never return to this establishment. Heck she could have offered a drink or upgrade my small fry. It would have made me feel like I mattered and I would return.
