It is heaven when that wing touch my mouth and a mozzarella stick and that punch I know it’s gonna be a good day after lunch 😆

Employees are rude , they hang up the phone on you while trying to order and to find out a price , not giving my money here

The customer service at this location is poor this was my first and last time going into this location.The cashier Brianna needs to be train on how to keep customers coming back, on the menu it only goes up to a 10pcs wings combo so I ask her did they have any other and she said it goes up to a 100, so I told her to give me the 15pcs with fries, she never ask me do you want a combo or not she just charge me for a 15 pcs and fries which cost more, she was not engaging or trying to help me save money on my behalf to keep me coming back. So no I will never spend money their again.

If you order online they will not honor the pricing and the customer service is poor. My wings were soggy even though I ordered them extra crispy and the Philly cheesesteak is extremely dry.

I ordered shrimp fried rice. I was hoping to find more than the three shrimp that’s shown in this picture.

The price of the wings have gone up. I have no problem with that but don't take the price up and then change your meat package. Now the wings are small. This place use to hit, good size wings, good fried rice and the service was good. On this order, wings were tiny and fried rice lacked flavor. Service was still decent but I felt robbed when I saw the tiny wings. ? below

WNB don’t pick up the phone for you to place A order. You have to go there to just to make a order. Yes W&B I am very disappointed with you guys. We Order a “12” piece chicken tender I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes so we went to food. Depot bought some rice because the rice at WNB is very expensive and they don’t even give you enough rice so when I got home with my kids and my husband I made some fried rice to go with our chicken tenders. We open the box And serving it to each other and had a piece of long hair wrapped around the “Honey chicken tenders” the chicken tenders are very expensive already $21 for a 12 piece. this is why we don’t eat out if I wasn’t A observe person we would of ate the chicken but I’m so observing when I eat I look at my food when I eat picking through my food when I eat food from outside restaurants. that long piece of hair was wrapped around the chicken tenders we put that chicken tenders right back in the box, I don’t play about that. That’s why people get sick and do not know why.

I picked up an Uber eats order from this location , a cashier bagged my order but proceeded to give the gentleman his order first . After me waiting for 15 mins . The other cashier added her two cents in ,so I went off on her . Yall lil girls need to learn yallPlace and work on customer service

I love the wings, but $25 for a 20 piece...that's more than a $1 a wing. Let's rethink this.
