Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Horrible service! Put the people that were working night shift drive thru back! The previous two times I’ve been there the 2 younger women that work drive thru had horrible customer service, bad attitudes, no respect, mad that they have to work & rolling their eyes for whatever reason. This has been multiple times where I’ve had to interact with their bad customer service/bad energy. Won’t be back.

This is the slowest zaxbys ever. I tried and tried to give this place another chance but this will be my last time coming to this one. They have a lot of young kids that want to play and be on their phones all the time. Plus they have nasty attitudes. They stay getting my order wrong and fix the food any type of way. They touch their hair, phones, etc while they have on gloves.

Probably the best Zaxbys on the Southside. The food is always hot and fresh. The tea is too sweet, and unsweetened tea isn't available.

This has got to be the SLOWEST ZAXBYS in the State of GA!!!! They are ridiculously slow and can’t remember nothing you ordered. I find myself saying my order 2 more times to different ppl in the drive thru!!!! These young kids walking around drinking the pop on their phones talking. I Won’t be returning to this location 😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered online.got there at 7:40 the guy said your order is not supposed to be ready till 7:45 so now it's 8:15 and still no food never again.everyone walking around doing nothing.someone said people are leaving.the other employee said good less people to deal with what a bunch of loosers.and then my order is not right

The highlight of this trip was when I ordered two chocolate chip cookies and the woman taking my order said that the cookies only come in counts of one or three. LMFAO!! Anyway, prepare to be in the drive-thru line for more than 30 minutes.

This is the worst zaxby's ever poor customer service. The kids that work are really kids. No manager to assist them at all. They need to shut it down. I will never bring my business to them never again 💯 😤 and I will be calling corporating early in the A. M. It's always an hour and a halfway to get your order. In and then you have to wait another an hour to receive your food. And by the time you receive your food, it's cold. Ah, your order is not right pathetic.

Great place to eat with family and friends for lunch or dinner.

The management is horrible. Its mainly teenagers working there. Thats okay. The adults are the problem. They are inefficient, rude, and just over all a displeasure. Every body is dealing with something. The climate of things are harsh and tense for everyone. The manager tonight, a black women with a low cut was very rude, angry, and hostile towards her staff. Mind you there was only one other adult on staff. She was an older lady but she was rude also. They shouldn't be talking to or treating people's children like that. It made me so upset that I was ready to match her energy and she wasnt talking to me. Her leadership made the kids tense and upset. They started to be more disorganized and rushing. They were getting attitudes with each other. Its sad. It all started with the miserable manager.

I ordered lunch from this Zaxby’s today. There was a little bit of a wait in the drive-through and I was getting kind of concerned, but when I pulled up and received my salad, everything was very fresh. It tasted really good. It seemed as if they were cooking everything to order and I liked that. Prices have gone up, but that’s on Zaxby’s keep it affordable so we can enjoy the food…… Thank you, ladies for the good job You were doing inside of the restaurant today and I wanna say thank you to the manager as well!

The service at this particular location is going downhill. The staff used to be pleasant and greet you nicely at the drive thru window. I waited 15 minutes to receive my order and was never given an explanation or apology for the wait. Staff seems far more interested in talking to each other than acknowledging their guests and giving even semi decent customer service.

This location is entirely too slow!!!!! It’s Sunday at 2pm and the line is wrapped around the building for no reason!!!! Replace this current staff and hire new people cause this don’t make no daaaamnn sense!
