Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

If your a curser and haven't cursed in a while go here! If you dont cursed do not go here. This place would rather run the location with inadequate staff instead of closing for the evening and but out a bad product. This was my FIRST and LAST visit to this location..... Upper management if you all need a location to close. This would be my recommendation. My entire experience was horrible then when I spoke with the manager I understood why.

Im not sure what happen to the quality/service over they yrs but they have feel off. I asked to have lettuce/tomatoes added to a sandwich and ended up getting it on the side in a fry box ..........

This is and odd location honestly. I've gone to a lot of zaxbys and this is the only one where I've had to go through extensive scrutiny when it comes to fast food. If I go three times a week at least two of the times my food order is incorrectly made. I have decided most times when I go to keep it simple. Only order fries and the chicken sandwich. Surely you can't make that wrong which to date they haven't. If I order a salad of any kind from them it's wrong. Something is added or if I take something off when ordering they don't take it off period. Seems a little chaotic in the back when they are getting people's orders together while I'm waiting. I used to go through the drive thru but if they can get my order right while I'm ordering at the counter there's no way I'm going go grab it from my car and risk it being wrong without checking it and holding up the drive thru line. Even after getting the food they usually fail to give you the basic things you need. I ordered a salad.... No salad dressing.... You charged me for extra sauces... No sauces... No fork for my salad... I guess I can eat it like a cow. As always the food is good if you get what you want but they need to tweak the service a little bit.

I came in the drive thru around 10:30 P.M. to pick up an order and the boy at the speaker was very rude. I asked him if they could bring my order out because it was already ready and he said “no we are not doing that” and “just come to the drive thru” in a very rude tone. I would understand if he didn’t want to but his tone was very rude and unnecessary. He was young, black, and had a short afro with a visor on. I did not get his name, but I did get the managers name which was Buffie who also spoke to me as if she had an attitude. very disappointing.

Horrible service! Put the people that were working night shift drive thru back! The previous two times I’ve been there the 2 younger women that work drive thru had horrible customer service, bad attitudes, no respect, mad that they have to work & rolling their eyes for whatever reason. This has been multiple times where I’ve had to interact with their bad customer service/bad energy. Won’t be back.

This is the slowest zaxbys ever. I tried and tried to give this place another chance but this will be my last time coming to this one. They have a lot of young kids that want to play and be on their phones all the time. Plus they have nasty attitudes. They stay getting my order wrong and fix the food any type of way. They touch their hair, phones, etc while they have on gloves.

Probably the best Zaxbys on the Southside. The food is always hot and fresh. The tea is too sweet, and unsweetened tea isn't available.

This has got to be the SLOWEST ZAXBYS in the State of GA!!!! They are ridiculously slow and can’t remember nothing you ordered. I find myself saying my order 2 more times to different ppl in the drive thru!!!! These young kids walking around drinking the pop on their phones talking. I Won’t be returning to this location 😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered online.got there at 7:40 the guy said your order is not supposed to be ready till 7:45 so now it's 8:15 and still no food never again.everyone walking around doing nothing.someone said people are leaving.the other employee said good less people to deal with what a bunch of loosers.and then my order is not right

The highlight of this trip was when I ordered two chocolate chip cookies and the woman taking my order said that the cookies only come in counts of one or three. LMFAO!! Anyway, prepare to be in the drive-thru line for more than 30 minutes.

This is the worst zaxby's ever poor customer service. The kids that work are really kids. No manager to assist them at all. They need to shut it down. I will never bring my business to them never again 💯 😤 and I will be calling corporating early in the A. M. It's always an hour and a halfway to get your order. In and then you have to wait another an hour to receive your food. And by the time you receive your food, it's cold. Ah, your order is not right pathetic.
