Bad staff uneducated dont know how to serve the customers bad restaurant for choice

One of the workers were rude when I asked her for the fries i paid but didn’t get. she was being rude to me and my father.

Took 40 mins to get food still haven’t got it

I frequent this location.
And the restaurant is usually cleaned with fast service and fresh hot food. The staff is polite.

I never understood why employees at this location be mad because they came to work and had to work customer service horrible food cost way to much money to have to deal with attitude

We waited in line for 18 minutes in the drive-through. I was struck and couldn't move. I was so tired and irritated. I have to say it affected my tastebuds and mood. They also forgot the Zac sauce for my strips. The Cole slaw was lacking. It was in a tiny cup like you would expect for a sauce. It was disappointing.

Incomplete order! Got a salad with no dressing. In a sealed bag. Ordered and paid for extra. No one answering the phone keeps sending to voicemail. Sad with 20 people working!

I went threw the drive through at this location on Friday 4/21/25. The cashier took my card, closed the window while she ran it and only opened it again when she gave it back. On my way home, less than 10 minutes from leaving this store, I got a fraud notification on the same card that I used at the window for $98. Thankfully my bank declined the transaction because the next step would have been someone emptying my bank account.

Can I be 100% sure that is was someone at this store? No but the timing is extremely suspicious. Other fast food places have taken to placing the card reader at the window so you can keep an eye on your card.

The chicken tender meal was extremely disappointing. The tenders were not much bigger than a chicken nugget.

I will not be going back.

This is the worst Zaxby’s location ever! The customer is truly terrible! The employees are rude including management! Daniel is the only employee at this location who has great customer service! From start to finish my experience was terrible! The young lady working outside taking orders barely spoke. The wait to get to window was about 5 minutes while waiting I saw the menu because my order was taken before I could see the menu anyways I saw a frozen strawberry lemonade I wanted to try. Well when I got to window a young lady with bright yellow hair and extremely long unkempt acrylic nails note that some were missing was rude told me I could not add on to me order. When I received my drinks the ice had already melted so I asked her for new drinks she took the drinks and told me to pull up. Well I pulled up a young man came to my car with drinks. Instead of making new drinks I was handed back the same watered down drinks from the first time. This is not the first I have received horrible customer service here but I can ensure it will be the last time because I will no longer support this location. Which is truly sad because it is a part of my community. The food sucks the service sucks I hope they his location closes or gets a new staff!! Don’t waste your hard earned money here to be treated poorly!

First time in a while visiting this particular Zaxby’s. Came thru the drive thru to order a house salad. Once I pulled around to pay for my order , I immediately noticed front end worker freaking eating food while bagging orders totally unacceptable to be eating food while on duty and handling orders not sanitary at all!!! Ok I didn’t say anything until she came to the window to collect payment. I gave her my credit card please tell me why did she return my card with a liquid substance of whatever the heck she was eating all over my card again unacceptable. I explained to her my card had whatever she was eating all over it and she replied give it here I’ll wipe it off . I replied no thanks I’ll take care of it , please return my money due to the lack of professionalism in a work place . To management please make sure your workers are properly trained while on duty working with the public!!!

Found hair in my salad. I'm completely disgusted. Good is too expensive for these restaurants not to have higher standards.

The best chicken and awesome fried chicken salad

I paid for extra seasoning and a side of fries with coleslaw. They did not give me any seasoning at all or coleslaw. when i politely asked for seasoning they gave me an extremely small portion. This is not the first time I had a problem with this location. I don’t understand why I can’t receive what im PAYING for. ridiculous.

I offered to pay for pickles in a cup for a doordash customer for $5 and the manager (black female short hair) told me they should “go to the store for that”. I went to another restaurant and got them for free. Also my last order they didn’t season my fries when i paid extra.
