The service is great as far as friendliness but it never fails that they leave something out almost every time. It took me 4 trips on 4 different days to finally get to try the strawberry cream pie bc every time I would order one, I would get home and it would be on my receipt but not in my bag. We had to call and complain and make a special trip back just for the pies. And on at least 3 different occasions I've ordered the 3 chicken wraps with fries, get home eat 2, reach in the bag for the 3rd and it's not there. Idk why they can't get everything in the bag but they just can't seem to get it together. The food is great but it sure sux to get home and not have everything that you not only ordered but paid for.

I had never been in there food was very good nice and hot the atmosphere was nice and cheerful they were in the Christmas spirit I've never been in there before I went in there with some friends from the church and we had a very nice time 😀

This establishment never gets your order completely correct. They will make you drive around and wait 20-30 minutes for a meal, and if you don't check it in the parking lot atleast guarantee going back to get the rest of it. It's kind of sad since it's one of the only places to eat in this small area without driving even further for food. I don't see this business staying long.

We stop off at Jacks when traveling. The Eton store is fantastic with a friendly staff and delicious and affordable meals. The fireplace is a nice touch, adding a warmth to the atmosphere, especially on cooler days.

Was horrible didn’t get order right I could understand if busy but only one there plus biscuits was old tasting couldn’t even finish
I'm very disappointed in Jack's. Lately, they have no fresh chicken at 6:30pm. Isn't this the main time to keep fried chicken. Don't want to wait 20 minutes every time I order chicken. Especially when it is one of the items that are on special. This has happened more than once. They didn't just run out.

I went to eat there today and the service was ok and it was clean, but my burger was cold and I git the milk shake the peanut butter and cookies and it was so bad it went in the trash. It was like drinking milk with crumble very small pieces of cookie and never tasted peanut butter. I will not be going back.
