Whoever makes the burgers needs to read the ticket and if someone asked us for something special, they need to go buy the ticket when I say no mayonnaise I mean no mayonnaise not just go ahead and put it on there

This is the second time we’ve tried this location.. and once again we were left disappointed. Went today ordered milkshakes.. they handed me one that was literal soup we went back through and they had us pull around to wait when no one else was in line and instead of giving me what I had ordered they gave me another flavor. I don’t get how you mess up a milkshake. I feel as if the service might be okay but they need better trained or something at this location

I have only been to Jack’s three times since it’s been open in our town. All three times the food has been good. Very fast and efficient service.
I loved the folded flag on the table but the food tasted like cigarettes. We threw it out.

My mother is unable to get out much and I take her biscuits and gravy with bacon every morning. She says their's is the best around. For me I haven't gotten anything I do not like.

Ok to start. We are back in town from Europe where there no food like this. We stopped in and Mack and McKenna were supper amazing and helpful. They made me laugh all while quickly and correctly filling my order. These ladies need a raise just saying.
Also shout out to Mike found out we have walked some of the same ground while in the military. May peace find you and stay with you.

I went there and got 2 cheese burgers a fish sandwich and 3 fries.i got home the fries were so salty you couldn't eat them I opened up the fish sandwich and it smelled like old grease it stank.and was like it had been soaked in grease it was my first time to jacks and my last time yuk
