The service is great as far as friendliness but it never fails that they leave something out almost every time. It took me 4 trips on 4 different days to finally get to try the strawberry cream pie bc every time I would order one, I would get home and it would be on my receipt but not in my bag. We had to call and complain and make a special trip back just for the pies. And on at least 3 different occasions I've ordered the 3 chicken wraps with fries, get home eat 2, reach...
I had never been in there food was very good nice and hot the atmosphere was nice and cheerful they were in the Christmas spirit I've never been in there before I went in there with some friends from the church and we had a very nice time 😀

We stop off at Jacks when traveling. The Eton store is fantastic with a friendly staff and delicious and affordable meals. The fireplace is a nice touch, adding a warmth to the atmosphere, especially on cooler days.
