Ordered 3 pizzas, arrived about 5 minutes before they were done. Tried to tell the guy boxing them no garlic sauce, he had atleast 1 ear bud in and couldn't hear me and added sauce. So they had to remake 1 pizza, I said to remake all 3, I wanted them hot. The so called general manager, Adam Moore, mumbled something and said the heat lamp would keep em hot. I said in theory maybe, be in real life it wouldn't. After about 12 minutes they brought me the remade pizza and the 2 that were sitting under the heat lamp. I asked Adam Moore for his bosses name and number, he said he didn't have a boss, then consider he did but refused to provide a name or contact number. I asked for a pen to write down his name, said he didn't have one. I asked him to find one and he said not for you. Another employee has a pen, I asked for it. He told the employee not to give it to me, stood between us and threatened to call the police. I told him to go ahead, which he didn't do. I went home with 1 hot pizza and 2 like warm ones. This is the first bad experience I've had at this location. In the past, when they messed up an order, they remade the entire order with no problems. I have contacted Domino's corporate office and will seeing they take any action.

Ordered one gluten free pizza an hour ahead of time, when I showed up, the screen said my order was ready and then a worker said nobody even made the pizza. Threw a wrench in my entire evening, will not be ordering from dominos again.

Here is my no BS Review
I try to stay positive in these reviews unless needed. It’s needed here. This person was blocking 2 handicap spaces and when asked to move she acted like a complete Jackass. I went to tell the manager and he seemed less than concerned.
Yes the person affected is my beautiful wife, so I am bias. On this it doesn’t matter, because if you are handicapped and need the spaces to make your life easier “You Know”
It is hard enough without people using these spaces because they are Lazy and leaving the people who need them SOL.
Please boycott this place, maybe then they will take it seriously. I will never buy from here again.
Dominos Corporate is my next email. To report the driver and manager.

I ordered two 14" large pizzas for takeout for a family group of 4. Handtossed MeatZZa Handtossed ExtravaganZZa Neither one had flavor. Blah. Boring. Yuck. We ate a little bit then threw the rest into the garbage. Another thing. The cashier took my name and phone when I paid and told me they'd contact me when they were ready. I told her I'd wait in one of the chairs right there in the front. Nobody ever texted me or yelled out my name when they were ready. After a while, one of the people working there asked me my name. Then he looked on the shelf where they put finished pizza boxes and saw my two boxes and handed them to me. ???

Accepted my order, made the order. WAITED UNTIL THE ORDER WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY TO CANCEL SAID ORDER. Now the store REFUSES to answer the phone.
10/10 would NEVER recommend.

Chronically slow. Delivery time is regularly over an hour. Several times we’ve had had orders 2+ hours late, but they don’t answer when you call to cancel. The pizza is never cut all the way through. All of this I’ve ignored time and time again because I understand issues happen. But tonight the order was once again over an hour, all three pizzas had no sauce and when I tried to call I spent 35+ minutes on hold listening to them advertise that they are hiring for all positions before finally giving up. Not once could anyone be bothered to pick up and say they were busy and ask to call back or place on hold. Dominos really ought to pay more if this is an employee retention issue but really how do you forget sauce on a pizza or not consider picking up a customer on hold in that amount of time.

I order delivery from here once up to 3 times a week for my family. The food is always well made and visually appealing. It always arrives piping hot and steaming out of the box!! Better yet, and I don’t know the system they use here but it may be by luck or a blessing but my delivery driver almost every time I order is Gregory. Gregory goes above and beyond by always being polite and greeting us with a huge warm smile. Gregory sincerely asks about our day or weekend, listens and responds, and makes us keep coming back. He is a great young man with a strong future in the restaurant business…It is a breath of fresh air versus the general “how are you, good, ok bye” that we grow so used to …The management at this domino’s is doing something right and hiring the right people!!! 5 STARS!!!
