Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Young lady at the counter was very rude, I called 10 times to place my order each time they hung up. Last time I’m ordering from them.

Rude. Customer service is horrible. The young lady missed a complete order. When I said it was not correct she argued with me and told me I didn’t order a 2nd combo. Of course I got with her because I am so frustrated with these young kid’s being so disrespectful. I’m reading all these reviews of the horrible customer service. I’m assuming the manager or owner could care less. They’re getting paid and we’re patronizing.

The two front counter girls (one with bright red hair and the other with maroon braids) are eating while working behind the counter taking orders. Without gloves on or anything. One of the girls is doing everything on the register the other is talking and legit doing nothing lolLimiting what they serve when they’re open for another half hour.I’ll be making sure I go to the other location cause this one is an absolute mess. I’ll be shocked if I got the right order.The cooks were the hardest workers in there. I feel bad.

I couldn't even give American Deli a star. I was sitting outside in my car and decided to place an order. I called and spoke to the cashier who said hi and when I told her I wanted to place an order, she hung up. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!! I came inside and I knew her voice and asked why she hung up on me. She shrugged her shoulders. I asked for the manager she claimed the manager was not on site.I lost my appetite. Not a good experience

The flavors are there, I haven't had a bad experience at this location the only reason why it is 3 stars is because they give small wings. If the wings were bigger they would get 4 stars. The location can be difficult to get in and out of because of the semi's and the highway being right there so it can get very congested.
