Went through drive through to try new chicken bo berry. I was the third car in line. I was in line 35 min!!!!! The person in front of me left before they got to the window, and I ended up leaving too. Disappointed in the slow service

I was a regular customer here and when I received my food today, there was a stapler in the box. I asked for a refund after showing them that a stapler was in my box and the manager refused to give me my money back but wanted to re-make my food. Why would I want my food remade when there was a stapler in my original order? This location just lost a customer that always came here.

I am leaving a 1 star because the use of an AI voice in the drive thru is absolutely insane. It is super jarring, and completely takes me out of the experience. I would much rather have a rude employee cuss me out than ever talk to an AI voice again.
The employees were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was good and made hot/fresh.
No customers inside, no customers in drive thru. I went inside to place my order, and I was not greeted. There was no cashier up front since no one wanted to take my order, i left.
