My sisters and I had a great experience here. The staff provided exceptional customer service. Gerald was working the drive thru and he was very friendly and pleasant. Also the food was really good to my surprise because my first experience trying Bojangles in the past was not the best. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area!

Stopped for a quick lunch on the way into ATl. Expectations were low, but the crew at this location is stellar. Really nice and great customer service. Greg at the register inside was super nice. Even brought us a sweet tea to go for waiting on fries. Also the young lady in the back that was checking the front was very nice. Just a good vibe overall. Not sure who’s in charge but you have an excellent crew.

Oh and the food was good too ?

I had such a pleasant Instacart experience! Marvin was the Instacart guy who had a positive and accommodating attitude and Craig works at Bojangles with a wonderful customer service attitude! Both of them were amazing individuals! I asked for my order to be specifically made bc I’m pregnant and craving crazy stuff and they accommodated me with so much happiness love and joy! Thank you guys for working together to get me together for my morning bc morning sickness is going crazy...
