Absolutely a disaster. Chick-fil-A blocked off all parking here with the double lane drive through. So we have to park at McDonald's and hope not to be towed, then it's faster to walk over and go inside than the drive through. Won't visit this location in the future

I’ve always had positive experiences at Chick-fil-A, but my recent visit left a lot to be desired. I went through the drive-thru, and the worker who served me was very rude. From the moment I placed my order, she seemed disinterested and impatient. She rolled her eyes several times during the interaction, which made me feel uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer.
I understand that things can get busy, but I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism. It’s upsetting when the level of service doesn’t match the usual high standards that Chick-fil-A is known for. I hope this is addressed so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

This place was a disgrace to CFA. Went through the drive-thru for dinner at 9pm after flying all day with an 18 month old (They didn’t close until 10. We checked) and we still had a 3 hour drive to go. My husband and I both ordered sandwich combos and our baby a kids meal and then our sauces. Well, even though there was barely anyone there, we were asked to pull up to wait. We didn’t even wait 3 minutes, and our food was out so why was that even necessary? Then, of course, we pull off and neither of us had fries and there was no sauce in our bags at all. The whole ordeal just made me so sad because CFA is better than this!
P.S. I hate the way CFA has started taking your order before you even see a menu.. like sometimes I like to change it up or read what I’m ordering as I’m ordering.

This location has really gone down hill. I’m so glad they opened up the second location closer to my home bc service here is slow and subpar! Imagine waiting 10 minutes in drive thru (on a slow day) for a cup of water, only to get to the window and have a bunch of kids tell you to pull up to continue waiting on WATER while they hand bags of food and drinks to several cars behind me. DO BETTER! This has happened on multiple occasions and I’m no longer giving the benefit of the doubt. Corporate needs to really invest in customer service training at this location bc the service falls well below chick-fil-A standards! Well below!

Worst Drive through in the state of GA. Had other drivers fighting and Frustrated over position because no one was taking orders at car side or at the menu screen. Totally unorganized. The McDonald’s next door line was moving faster. Smh.
This place is so congested and it's just like is more about the numbers and not the quality of service and food. My food wasn't hot french fries cold sandwich cold at the standing in line the drive-thru for so long I just could not take it back I really do just completely avoid this restaurant it has to be no place else for me to get something to eat for me to go there

It was fast as most are but I couldn't see the menu and I had to order and pay under a tent like thing rather stupid if you ask me
This was the best service ever at God's restaurant. James was awesome at ensuring everyone was happy with their meal. Checked on everyone regularly to make sure they had plenty to drink and everything was good. Mary Grace was amazing in helping with my app rewards because the meal I wanted wasn't available in the rewards but she said don't you worry I'll take care of it and you will get the Pimento sandwich. These folks are awesome, a true example of sharing God's love to everyone.
