Although the staff was very friendly and our food was correct and received before we could sit down. Mr. James was such a gentleman and was very kind, making sure if we needed anything and helping to clear our table. The new Chick Fil A restaurant is very nice and much easier to get in and out of than the old restaurant due to the traffic. Again I enjoyed my experience with my grandchildren, we were celebrating Grandparents Day. God Bless!!!

Isaiah Reynolds has been nothing but bad service as me and my family were mistreated with his service. We came in around dinner and he has shown disrespect towards me and his employees, and showed favoritism towards my wife. We will not be coming here anymore as long as he works here unless he straightens up his act and gets better customer support training.

Came in on my lunch break, met with Isaiah Reynolds, was given terrible service as he took my order, was very blatantly rude to not only myself but several customers and his own staff, if this is the service I'm expecting to get from chic fil a, I will not be eating here anymore. Please train your staff to properly treat their customers, ESPECIALLY whoever Isaiah Reynolds thinks he is.

I am writing a review about Isaiah Reynolds in particular. He failed to treat me as a proper customer, showed blatant favoritism towards my wife as opposed to me and if this is the service I am getting then I do not want to support this branch any longer.

The manager was really getting on my nerves. He informed me that the other condiment were on the side so I went to get some. They were out. I requested mayo and he said again it was on the side apparently it wasn't any if I came back to request it. Then I was waiting on my ice cream. He said it was in the bag. Once again apparently not if I asked for it. Then I had three order and requested Polynesian sauce. I only got two packs. I requested more. He said it was in the bag. Apparently it wasn't enough for me to ask for more. Poor service on his behalf. Why not just give what is asked. Omg.
There is almost always an issue with my order being filled incorrectly since they moved to this location.

I love visiting Chick-fil-A locations across the country, but this one is hands down my favorite. The team as a whole is fantastic, and Mr. James made my experience truly one of a kind. His hospitality and attention to detail were above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about people—he brings warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch that sets him apart. Mr. James is a cut above the rest, and this location is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a staple for my fam, and we always enjoy! They have had some trouble getting food to the right cars on occasion, but I understand when it's busy that there may be multiple white cars etc... The people are very kind and helpful, and the chicken is delicious! I also recently discovered their berry parfait! A hidden gem for sure- the yogurt is amazing!
