Had a good experience ordering the newest jalapeño ranch sandwich in the drive thru up until it was time to receive my meal at the pickup door. We already waited a while, received our drinks but was then asked what was our order, then was asked for the receipt because it was no longer on their screen to make. I was pulled up and waited another 15min counting a total of 20 cars behind me that got their meals and drove off to enjoy. Very disappointing as I can tell they were unfamiliar with how to even make the new promo sandwich, luckily the menu doesn’t go beyond simple chicken or they wouldn’t make it…

Manager is awesome , she’s always helpful and speaks to every customer she even jumps in to help the staff. Night shift please check for condiments. I’ve come about 4 separate times and had to go back for things. Afternoon shift is pleasant and swift. Ample parking and a handwashing station was the icing on the cake for me. I highly recommend this location.

Great food and service, but bought a mystery cup and realized it had already been opened. kind of a let down, but i was already gone. makes you wonder how many others have been opened checking for a gold cup
Stopped in with a friend on our way home all the way back to Florida. The lovely lady at the counter was very sweet and unfortunately I can’t remember her name. She greeted us with a smile and got our food going quickly. We sat down to eat where we got to meet the wonderful Mr.James. He checked on us, grabbed everything we needed, and continued keeping the restaurant clean. He found out we were headed back to Florida right after we eat and made sure we were good on road snacks for later. This location is lucky to have such a wonderful team.

We stopped by to grab some food before our road trip down to Florida and had a great experience. The cashier, who I can’t remember her name, greeted us as we walked in. After ordering, Mr. James brought our food out, checked if we needed more sauce or refills on our drinks, and chatted with us about our trip. He is such a kind soul and a delight to talk to. As we were getting ready to leave, he suggested a sweet treat for our trip and we took him up on his offer. 10/10 experience!

Our party of 11 came to this location shortly before breakfast ended and we got the best service ever! Mr. James checked on us regularly and ensured we had everything we needed.
