Chance in red polo shirt very rude to the lady working the window because I inquired on how long my food would take. I did not have a large order and wanted to know. It’s your job to answer questions. The lady at the window told me she didn’t know (which she should always seek answers) I asked if she could ask someone. She asked him and he gave a very unnecessary response and I’m calling corporate. Learn how to work under pressure.

I’m giving yall a 3 cause the service. But peep this. This is my fault for just not going to the house and cooking after hitting up Publix my bad. But all I got was fries and a milkshake cause I wanted something sweet and salty. But why doesn’t my fries have any salt and they’re stale and my milkshake came with no straw or spoon.. thanks I guess

What sets this Chick-fil-A location apart is its service, which admittedly is generally good at most locations, but Mr. James in particular went above and beyond. Will be back to this location again in large part because of him!

Great food as always. Rates 4 star on service because the 2 to 1 merge after you order. This is causing a bottle neck and improper merging in order of who pulled up first.
