Although the staff was very friendly and our food was correct and received before we could sit down. Mr. James was such a gentleman and was very kind, making sure if we needed anything and helping to clear our table. The new Chick Fil A restaurant is very nice and much easier to get in and out of than the old restaurant due to the traffic. Again I enjoyed my experience with my grandchildren, we were celebrating Grandparents Day. God Bless!!!
The manager was really getting on my nerves. He informed me that the other condiment were on the side so I went to get some. They were out. I requested mayo and he said again it was on the side apparently it wasn't any if I came back to request it. Then I was waiting on my ice cream. He said it was in the bag. Once again apparently not if I asked for it. Then I had three order and requested Polynesian sauce. I only got two packs. I requested more. He said it was in the bag....
I love visiting Chick-fil-A locations across the country, but this one is hands down my favorite. The team as a whole is fantastic, and Mr. James made my experience truly one of a kind. His hospitality and attention to detail were above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about people—he brings warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch that sets him apart. Mr. James is a cut above the rest, and this location is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be back!
