Not what I expected. I didn’t order online either. The price for lunch is very reasonable, $11. This is $11 worth of non effort. And they have a C rating. Could be better if they want it to be. But I’m mad y’all trying to pass off this Publix Mac n cheese as your own. Ginger beer was straight tho. But first and last for me.

We eat here quite often but tonight I decided to order on Uber eats and I did not get all of my items. I was missing the rice that came with my meal and the additional cornbread and the Mac and cheese.

I went to Clifton’s today with 2 of my friends to have dinner and drinks. The guy who waited on us name was William. He took our order & repeated it back to us to make sure everything was correct. He did advise that since we were ordering fish that it would take a little while….. Cool! No worries.
I ordered Red snapper fried (whole fish) white rice and Mac and cheese.
By the time I received my food, I was given rice & peas…. the snapper was over cooked, it was not the whole fish and it was cut into several pieces. The Mac and cheese tasted soooo old.
I complained to William. I told him I just wanted the correct food. William realized they gave me the wrong rice and he did go get me some white rice. He stated he explain to the kitchen manager my concerns and she basically said it was nothing she could do because they don’t have the entire snapper. He pointed to the kitchen worker and she was an older lady sitting with her friend. William and my friend had a few words because she was trying to advise him that his delivery to us was rude.
The old ladies (kitchen manager) both threw their hands up and start fussing saying that they don’t have any red snapper and that’s the end of that. She then tells my friend to come over to her. My friend said No, we are the customer you come to us! Not one time did the lady (manager) try to come and rectify the situation. She sat there and let us be upset and not one time take initiative to make the situation better. The guy next to me said “if Ro was here he would’ve made the situation right because he’s the manager.
I am just so unhappy!

I was a little skeptical about eating here as the reviews didn’t seem to great however, I was pleasantly surprised! Everything I ordered tasted great. The brown stew chicken, rice and peas, collard greens and cabbage were all flavourful and delicious. I look forward to going back and trying some other dishes.

Disrespectful staff, can’t answer basic questions and lack customer service. Prices raised and food quality has gone down. Oxtails order get your 3 or 4 for $32…no meat on oxtails

I went to this restaurant and paid $30 for Red Snapper Escovitch fish. I patiently waited over 30 minutes only to get to my destination 20 miles away to find the fish wrinkled, fried so hard I couldn’t really eat it. It looked as if it had been frozen for a very long time. The guy that takes the orders told me that there are NO lakes in Georgia and he apologized. Sorry didn’t get my $30 back No wonder the fish was covered in carrots and onions so I couldn’t see it when I checked the plate before I left. Please don’t spend your hard earned money at this establishment. You can thank me later

This is it. I ordered the whole fried snapper with no sauce and it was bussin! Seasoned well, the cabbage and rice were great too. They aren’t afraid of spice. Would definitely recommend!
