The Fairburn GA location I DO NOT recommend at all! We stopped there for breakfast after traveling all night from NY on Saturday 8/2 7am, which we usually stop at the Commerce GA location but we made really good time so we traveled to the other side of Atlanta before eating. went on May 18th. took twenty minutes to be asked to order. the drinks came 20 minutes after that. the poor girl bringing the drinks(not our waiter) dropped them on my mom and I. she was the only one to say anything. no manager came or anything. food took an additional 25-30 minutes after that. the waiter (Tyler) barely came by our table . when the food came the chicken was overcooked and rubbery and my sister had hairs in her green beans. no one asked us if everything was good...read full review
The service is HORRIBLE!! Employees are just standing around on their phones. I was not given a drink for 30 minutes. Food was not served for almost 25 minutes and it was cold!!
