On line order. Ordered the pot roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, apples, and a side of dumplings. Food came out on time. Went to my hotel by the airport to eat. Not much pot roast in the container, apples had maybe two in the cup, potatoes were full with no gravy, dumplings were good. For the amount I paid vs the amount of food I received should be criminal. All the chains that offer carry out rob the customer of what they pay for. Cracker Barrel is not different. The food was good, just nothing was the same portion size as eating in.

It's a hit or miss... set low expectations so you can be thrilled when it actually hits. Curbside might as well not exist. Check in on the app? Cool... be prepared to sit just like your food on the bakers rack since no one pays attention to it nor picks up the phone when you call bc you've been sitting since the titanic went under. But like I said, when it's good, is good!

Me & my group it was 16 total of us had one of the worst experience at this location. We arrived at 1 something & weren’t seated until about 2:00 & after we were seated at 2 different tables since it was a lot. It took them over 5-10mins before they brought menus matter fact they took drink order before bringing menus, straws, & etc. We placed our orders & it took forever what I mean forever it took the longest for them to bring food out. So they started bringing food out little by little & then after a while that’s when the server told the 3 people in our group that they are sold out of the item they ordered & instead of telling them when the orders were placed they told them after some of the guests started getting they’re food which is very unacceptable & they said they can get something else on the menu & we had been sitting for over 1hr. So after they brought some food out they brought the rest after 10mins & everything was not up to par or how they requested it. So food had to be turned back & remade & I think that’s unacceptable. When you order your food should come exact how you want it. So service today was very unacceptable

The manager (Shaun) was very hospitable and demonstrated phenomenal customer service skills. The waitress (Morgan) was very attentive and responsive to the customers around my table as well. As the Mayor of Fairburn, I’m constantly reviewing and analyzing service levels when visiting local businesses located within the city. This allows me to recommend restaurants to other legislators with the assurance that their experience will be a positive one.

Visited this location for the first time. The server was overwhelmed but did her best. My food arrived cold and drinks were not refilled. Definitely not the experience I am used to when visiting Cracker Barrel.

The Fairburn GA location I DO NOT recommend at all! We stopped there for breakfast after traveling all night from NY on Saturday 8/2 7am, which we usually stop at the Commerce GA location but we made really good time so we traveled to the other side of Atlanta before eating. We had our 4 grandchildren with us. First, while the waitress was taking our order, our granddaughter didn’t understand a side dishes that she said to her and so she repeated it. Granddaughter still didn’t know, which we are not from the south! So the waitress proceeded to spell out G-R-I-T-S. GRITS SHE SAID GRITS. I just bit my tongue and we finished ordering. When our food came my other granddaughter told the waitress that wasn’t what she ordered, she ordered the same as her sister. The waitress proceeded to order with my 9 year old granddaughter. She said no you ordered this that came with bacon, ham and sausage. My husband said no she ordered the steak one just like the other granddaughter. She said again arguing with my husband. Finally I told her to let’s just please get her what she wanted. We will pay for this meal but she wants the steak. After this whole thing, no one and I mean no one came to check on us. There is always a manager that comes around and he was walking around but I’m positive he was also ignoring us. So when we got up to leave I asked to speak to the manager. I had to wait a few minutes for him to even come out to talk to me. He didn’t introduce himself nothing. He was annoyed that he had to be there talking to me at all. So he was just listening. Never said ma’am I’m so sorry for the way you were treated. I will have a conversation with her. Nothing. I have never had a bad experience ever at one of your locations especially not in the South. They need to have training on excellent customer service and the manager definitely shouldn’t be in the position he is in. We will never visit this location again!

Walked out. Service slow. Took 50 minutes to bring food!! WOW!! As we walked out server was bringing food! See new and incompetent!!! Don't eat here anyway. Eat at home and save money and time!!! Disgrace to wait 50min for breakfast 🥞🍳.

First time in ATL on a work trip and stopped to get dinner at 5:30ish. Stood and waited for the host to seat me fore like 20 minutes and then he sits me down and a nasty dirty table. Place smelled really bad like port-a-potty and the service sucked. Which sucks because i was really wanting their food but instead i just got up and left because no one ever came and got my drink order... is this how atlanta is?
