I ordered on the website because I had pig rewards but at checkout it did not let me use any of mines. I waited for over an hour in pick up. No one came. I checked in online no one came. I’m in a wheelchair and had to go in the store ask someone to hold the door open for me to see my order was just sitting there Because the app said it would be ready 1102. The manager Xavier told me he would give me a free entrée but wanted to say the system did not see where I had clocked in another customer was in agreement said the same thing happened to her. I sent my son and daughter to this location For a pick up in the same thing have happened several times I guess it’s just a problem of less workers that’s across-the-board is happening everywhere.

Waited to be seated for 30 minutes. Another couple comes in and waitress tries to sit them first and we speak up about it. Other couple refuses to go before us. We get seated and everything was slow. Relied on other waitresses to get us refills on drinks. Food was great but understaffed.

Disappointed here again! This location must be the most poorly managed Cracker Barrel in Georgia! They are literally turning customers away with only a handful seated because there is only "1" server working. I dared to wait 30 minutes at a table and didn't receive water. Better to close the location altogether.

Not sure what happened at this location on 4/19, but I waited 40 minutes for my to-go order of pancakes and eggs. Had to walk away because I had an 12pm appointment. It was so SLOW. One guy had an 11am scheduled order for an event and a few mins I left, he was told that it would be another 15 minutes. Something was going on in the kitchen! I hope they resolve it.

It's something about Cracker Barrel or just this location, but the food is not good. I didn't get anything I asked for on my to-go order. My chicken tenders were cooked outside hard and somewhat raw inside. The side salad lettuce was brown/wilted and looked like yesterday's batch. I will pass the next time my co-workers want to visit this spot.
