I gave 3 stars because i guess costumers are forced to pay gratuity fee I google the meaning of gratuity (Gratuity pay is a payment made as a voluntary reward for good service, typically by a customer to an employee, similar to a tip) by the way my food was ordered to go why am i paying gratuity??

Love this place for the cool, hip atmosphere and vibe, bomb food, really fast service and amazing staff 😍🫶🏼. They have a wide variety of authentic Mexican food and it’s spicy how I like it ❤️🔥! If you like hot salsa ask for the habañero 🥵🔥. I would recommend everything on their menu honestly. Their horchata and jamaica are really good too👌🤩 I come here all the time, it’s like my comfort food 😎🇲🇽✌🏼

The server was good very attentive, I had a cuban torta, it wasn't good the milanesa was overcooked they charge for almost everything I got charge 2 dollars for less than 1 oz of sauce, I paid 30 for 1 torta less than 1oz of sauce and 1 pineapple water plus a refill, first and last time here not recommended!

Carlos at the front desk does not want to help. I was just trying to make sure my order would be ready when I got to the store because I don’t have time to wait 30 minutes like last time, they just want to get me off the phone. Bad customer service I think Carlos should be fired get a new supervisor.
