This proud to be locally owned shop only bakes ā…“ of the variety of doughnuts available at other Dunkin’s. Walk in. Lazy staff. Nothing baked in the morning but glazed and like 3 other boring plain options. Powder. Chocolate. Sprinkled. That’s it. Same in the afternoon. They don’t even bake twists lol.

Life is stressful…coffee shouldn’t be. When I order a coffee drink, it’s a luxury and a comfort….this place frequently disrupts that small amount of joy. I’ve given this shop a lot of chances, mostly because there is a high turn over rate with their staff, but it’s a gamble every time you visit this location. There is only one consistent barista on this team….and he’s the only redeeming quality here.

The wait for our food was absolutely unbelievable and very unprofessional. It was a 40 min wait, the staff did not accommodate or try to go faster. They messed up multiple of our orders. Ordered an espresso and they gave me an matcha. Absolutely ridiculous, I highly recommend not coming here. Worst Dunkin ever.

Very clean donut shop. The Donuts are fresh and delicious options. Coffee is always on par. Outstanding customer service especially when Supervisor Roy is there. Roy has top-shelf customer service with a smile.

Shays fully Domesticated

I was confronted at the window about my purchase. Normally I get a small hot coffee in a medium cup. This one young lady I’m hoping the manager or owner because I’ve been coming here since day one no one NEVER said anything. This young lady owner/manager felt the need to tell me to call in about my order. Then proceeded to yell at me when I told her I was a regular and I tip well for the inconvenience. I hate that I would have to stop going there. But I will.

My experience at this location was terrible. Destiny is an awesome team lead but employees Kamara and Kamari lack customer service training and are a bad reflection on the company. They were both rude and when instructed to correct the error made they continued to discuss the issue with another customer in the location.
