Slow Service and Order Mistake.
The drive-thru line was long, so I came inside and still had to wait. The young man behind the register forgot to pack my donuts, which caused me to be late for work.

I ordered a side of snacking bacon and it was COLD the manager said it was suppose to be room temperature but it was cold and the last time I ordered it it was hot
I did not taste the food as I didn't order any. I ordered two of the same drinks through the app, got there to pick them up, and one had the whipped topping. Carmel and cinnamon on it, the other did not. I stood there for about 5 minutes before someone asked if something was wrong, and yes, that is how they asked me. After it was fixed, the drinks tasted fine. I would like to note there were plenty of employees.

Young lady for a cold coffee drink, and she made the most awesome latte with a little bit of flavoring in it. It was perfect! So thankful for someone who listens to you and remember when you go to Dunkin you can ask for special things and they are always happy to help. Love this little Dunkin’ Donuts!

I just wanted to say. The dude name Isaiah who work at this location is awesome for being the only person running the store and trying to figure out how to make drinks. AS A BIG COMPANY YOU SHOULD NOT LEAVE A PERSON BY THEMSELF.

Why would this place have only one coworker that doesn’t know how to make any drink bc he said he doesn’t know how too!! His name is Isaiah!! I don’t know if he’s new or experienced but yeah no. At least have 2 people. He is a really nice worker was very sweet too!

I was sitting in drive thru for about 7 min I said hello and some polite employee told me ma’am you see we are busy ! For gods sake it’s a DT drive thru some mystery shoppers should hit this spot they are very unprofessional here !! 3/26/2025 time 12:30pm

I have been a customer of this particular Dunkin since it was here in the area. I always get a small hot coffee or sugars for cream inside a medium cup now I never had a problem ever, but since I’ve been having issues and had to make a Google report Negative review, I have been told that I would have to pay for a medium cup. I feel like that is unbiased I feel it’s unfair and it’s amazing how people will change when they can get their store in order. Miss Dora has my number. I have hers as well and she has yet to ridicule those employees that are unprofessional Young adults that she have working there disrespectful so I take this as if my business is no need no longer need it and I will never come here again and I will continue to leave a negative review for this location. Every single chance I get and clearly the store is going down because you can see how many negative reviews this place have gotten in the last several months management ownership needs to be known of this issue.

Service is trash !!!! The young again there make you hate you love coffee. Always on the phone always slow and very dis. The manager can’t keep decent employees so I will have to stop spending my money at this location . Until they get better employees.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a zero star this place has gone down in over the years that I have been going to this Dunkin. I am a citizen in the community of Fairburn and these young adults come in wanting a job but like the respect or ability to do a job as simple as a barista I have spoke to management many many times have her number on speed dial and I have yet to always receive the most disrespect when I come here on the second shift I have pictures. I have videos of being disrespected several times. I’m not sure if the owner knows what’s going on at his location however, I will continue to leave a negative review every single chance I get once this issue is fixed. I stopped going to this location, but this is my local Dunkin so I’m guessing I’m just gonna have to get up a little bit earlier go a little bit further to get the respect and customer service because I am a pain customer. This is ridiculous. The disrespect is getting very very is it’s getting horrible
I never really have a problem at this Dunkin', but the drive-thru line was long, so I decided to walk in. I was the only customer. I started to order my food and was told, 'They aren't doing food.' I stood there confused because what are you doing then? I was told just donuts. So, it's not that you don't have food; you just aren't making the food. I get if you are short-staffed, but let people know you are short-staffed; that's better than saying, 'We aren't doing food.'
