Worst experience at a Dunkin ever, and the service was the worst service I’ve ever received. I was yelled at in the drive thru to hold, they didn’t have many menu items, the guy at the window was rude and short, we had to repeat our order multiple times, and the coffee I got was basically creamer.

The worst location in Georgia. It’s always an issue at this location. Incorrect orders, lack of customer service, delays in the lines, etc. Honestly, it seems like new management is needed. They even advertise that they’re open at 4am but barely open the inside by 7am. Where is corporate when they’re needed because this location is a terrible example of the brand. Do better.

Coffee is usually great but the food is meh. While the donuts are usually decent, the sandwiches and other food is barely edible. I visited this morning and there were only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru but it took at least 15 minutes for me to receive my order. I had to pull around to the front door to wait on my order but the employee still forgot to bring out one of my drinks. Time after time, my experience is just barely mediocre.
I will say the employees are usually friendly and that means a lot BUT this place needs some help. They’re way too slow for the food to still be bad and missing items.

I visited this location on December 13, 2025 at 5am. The female at the window had the worst attitude and nevermind the fact she didn't make my coffee correctly. Customer Service training is definitely needed at this location. I just watched, in disgrace, as she slammed drive thru windows and her sarcastic tone.

It's the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Long wait times even after placing an online order. Slow customer service. Food is hit or miss. Staff is inadequate and slow. Nasty attitudes when asked about online orders saying that the drive thru customers are first.

This was my last attempt to order from here. These people will tell you to wait while they stand and have long conversations. I have patience but not when it don’t make since.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ location. I came in simply to get donuts for my class, and the employee named Rachel (I’m not even sure if that’s her name) was extremely unprofessional. She hopped on the mic calling me “honey” as if we were friends which came across as passive-aggressive and disrespectful.
On the other hand, the young light-skin guy(on shift around 5pm) who handed us our donuts was very nice and professional. Rachel’s attitude ruined the entire experience. She’s a rude worker and probably needs to reconsider whether this job is the right fit for her. I will not be returning to this location if she continues to work here.

Nice enough staff, but the food is just bad. The hash browns are consistently burned/ inedible, the breakfast sandwiches taste like nothing, the coffee is hit or miss, and the bag/napkins/wrapping all just have this odd fragrance to them. It’s unfortunate that this location does not provide a better experience as its placement is very convenient near the highway, but the disappointment is not a great way to start my morning so I will not return.
