Firehouse Subs Fairburn

Food is ok, service is terrible.
We placed a pickup order for 5 people, so ~$60, and they forgot our sauces.
We called to ask for a partial refund or credit for it and they said “if you don’t come pick it up, there’s nothing we can do for you”. No apology, no solution offered.
So, they make a mistake and want us to drive back and forth to fix it for them?
Bad service.

The guy came out with a mop that smelled like sewage and started mopping. I said something and he didn’t care. We couldn’t enjoy my food so we got up and left.

They are super slow, not personable, and hair is every where, I seen one out of 4 employees with hair fixing food in a hair net

The sandwiches are just to expensive not to be made right wasn’t toasted at all !!!!! Tasted like sub way I had coupons for that if I wanted that !!! 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️very disappointed and wasn’t even busy still not right !!!

Yes, this firehouse was delicious! The workers were also professional and fast and steady. I ordered the clubhouse sub with the virginia ham, and turkey. It's was 😘 chefs kiss. I had eaten at a firehouse before and was less than impressed, but I'm glad I gave it another chance. Check this place out if you're in the area 😉

It was quick and easy for me to order on the app and the food was ready for pick up when I arrived.

Missing so many things from my order, I ordered a COMBO MEAL and did not receive chips or drink, not only that, my sandwich did not have mustard or cheese. It’s my first time eating here and will be my last 😕

Third time coming to this location and it’s always something going on. I ordered a LARGE club on a sub. They forgot to put my bacon on the sandwich and put onions on it after I said “no onions”. There was no mustard. Just ham and mayo. I only said “no tomatoes. No onions”. Where was everything else?? When you try to call the store, it’s just a busy signal. Smh. It’s sad and stupid. Food costs way too much for bullshit sandwiches. I basically paid $20 for a ham sandwich. Smfh!!!!! How frustrating!!!!!!
