The sandwiches are just to expensive not to be made right wasn’t toasted at all !!!!! Tasted like sub way I had coupons for that if I wanted that !!! 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️very disappointed and wasn’t even busy still not right !!!

Yes, this firehouse was delicious! The workers were also professional and fast and steady. I ordered the clubhouse sub with the virginia ham, and turkey. It's was 😘 chefs kiss. I had eaten at a firehouse before and was less than impressed, but I'm glad I gave it another chance. Check this place out if you're in the area 😉

Missing so many things from my order, I ordered a COMBO MEAL and did not receive chips or drink, not only that, my sandwich did not have mustard or cheese. It’s my first time eating here and will be my last 😕

Third time coming to this location and it’s always something going on. I ordered a LARGE club on a sub. They forgot to put my bacon on the sandwich and put onions on it after I said “no onions”. There was no mustard. Just ham and mayo. I only said “no tomatoes. No onions”. Where was everything else?? When you try to call the store, it’s just a busy signal. Smh. It’s sad and stupid. Food costs way too much for bullshit sandwiches. I basically paid $20 for a ham sandwich. Smfh!!!!! How frustrating!!!!!!

Tried the newest advertised sub (Captain’s Spicy Club?) and hope it remains on the menu. My newest favorite! I will, however, use the Hot Sauce Bar next time to add more “zing”. Very 😋 tasty!

The food is amazing. Delicious.
I’ve been here twice and both times I had to wait a very long time to get my food. 30 to 40 minutes is too long to wait at a sandwich shop.
I don’t think I will be coming back. The great food is not worth the wait. Probably understaffed.

I went and ordered my food. I order from firehouse atleast 3 times a week because I travel for work.
I always order the same thing and add on 6 pickles. This location the young lady at the register rolled her eyes the moment I said 6 pickles.
She said I’m not giving you 6 pickles that’s too much.
I said I need that with my sandwich the other stores charge me and I have no problem paying for them but she refused to ring me up so I had to just leave this location and was not able to get my sandwich will not be back to this location. Very rude employees.
