Glad I gave this place a try! I don't understand the poor reviews. Had the shrimp and grits, which was phenomenal, and plan to return (see pic). Was initially there on business - I'm a restaurant vendor - and spent an hour chatting with the owner. I have nothing but good things to say! Not trying to minimize anyone's experience, but I've learned that patience is a virtue and that the Golden Rule is truly GOLDEN. Let's show love to local businesses and offer/receive feedback with a humble spirit.

I went in there today 5/2/24 at 12:30pm and I asked for a 3 pc meal 2 thighs and a leg. They purposely gave me 2 wings and a leg without communicating it to me.(once you pay she will literally give you anything at that point) I waited 30 mins and she fried the chicken in seafood batter. Who fries chicken in fish grease?????? All the food smell like fish and I’m allergic to seafood. The owner is goof ball only thing she does is get on here and try to bash people who are being honest about her business this is ridiculous she needs to close this place down before she kill somebody just trying to make a quick buck! The Mac n cheese and greens taste old and reheated.

I was inside of this establishment getting ready to order. I watched the person from behind the register leave from behind the register not wash her hands or put on gloves go and serve someone food from buffet line. I was standing at the register and saw roaches crawling around what looked like waffle batter. My partner then called my name and I looked back at him and there were roaches crawling around on the floor near his foot. I would say unsanitary conditions in this establishment. I didn’t order food instead I told them I wasn’t ordering because of the roaches I had just seen.

New to the area, stopped by this place on my way to work at around 7:16 am to grab a small cheese grits and bacon, the young man who took the order was polite, it’s now 7:35am and I’m now inquiring about the order, he then asks the EXTRA young lady, emphasis on the EXTRA about the order and she replies are you asking or is the customer asking ? Just had the funkiest, filthiest attitude ever! The young man explained and said that they just opens at 7:00am and everyone’s trying to wake up and then I hear sizzling and asked if she was just now cooking the bacon and he said yes. Oh boy! Lol Ok but if you open at 7:00am why wouldn’t you get there prior to opening to have some items readily available especially considering that probably the majority of your customers will be stopping in before work or have time restrictions ? Just my thoughts but this is definitely a hard no, hard pass for me. Oh and btw they don’t give refunds. Best of luck to ya!

this place is so stinky! it reeks they should have a new inspection! probably has some rats too? the owner has the nastiest attitude. she needs to find a new job where she isn’t so miserable. they are the slowest restaurant in fairburn. you’ll be waiting for ages. good luck to whoever eats here. the food was sub par. milk and honey is #1

worst customer service in the entire universe. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. She has an ugly personality and if she’s going to be working in customer service, she might want to change that.after only simply asking when an order will be ready she said I don’t know. mind you, if you’re the OWNER You would treat your customers with a little more respect. if you don’t know, then figure it out. stay blessed
Opening week the food was great! Since then the quality has dropped tremendously after multiple repeated attempts through apps or person.Edit as of 2/28/24- Yes I visited during open week IN person and like i stated the food was great THEN. Since those 3 years has passed, the food is never the same or not prepared well at all. Whether it was ordering through an app or in person. The quality continued to decline. I’ve ordered sandwich from you all the first week and it has been different every single time I’ve ordered. Food lacks consistency. As a business owner please learn how to handle constructive criticism as it directly relates to the food you’re serving.
