Well… After receiving an unsatisfying order for the third time, I’m deciding to finally do a review, the cheese on my sandwich was burnt and very hard this time, last 2 times I wasn’t given the correct items I ordered, also my child asked for a fruit cup….for over $4 what is this IHOP? It’s not even $2 worth in it, so I went to chic fil a and got one CHEAPER, with more fruit. Smh. If your prices are going to be high have the quality match.

This is my third time eating at this location. I had a great experience all 3 times the manager Chris was amazing. He was very respectable, kept checking on us to making sure we were good and the food was hot and fresh I love excellent customer service and that’s the reason why I’m writing this real review. Thank you, Mr. Chris I will be back again.

Well for one I had plastic in my food . Then I asked for hollandaise and I don’t know what the gave me . It’s not icing, but it’s definitely not the sauce I asked for and if it is then it’s expired ! Lastly , I asked for cheese in my grits and got none .

Great staff. Food and hospitality was exactly what we needed after a long travel day.
Wow, went here 1:45 on 12/26. Restaurant had 3 tables seated the other tables empty. We waited 15 minutes and then we’re told it would be an hour wait. I wonder if they have any kind of management
