Never on time at this location. Have messed up orders I. Past as well but they were able to correct when I brought subs back. Just be aware you will wait significantly longer than they say.

After I got home, I realized they made the wrong subs. I compared to receipt as well. I’m contesting charge instead of driving back to deal with this disaster.

Most of the time this place gets everything right, but recently on a delivery order they missed an entire sandwich from the delivery. I am still waiting for them to respond for getting a refund.

Very disappointing! We arrived around 7:30pm and was told there was no bacon to make our sandwiches. I’m sorry, I understand closing time was 8:30, but you could fry more bacon….. Also the ladies were pretty short and when she realized I wasn’t happy with no bacon she stated she would not charge us for the chips and drinks. My husband paid and I sat down and we ate and left. When I looked at the receipt(my husband paid no attention ??‍♀️) she indeed charged us for the chips and drinks! Also as we were eating, one of the ladies were getting irritated with another customer who came in and was very impatient with her. I understand everyone wants to get home but you should not treat your paying customers this way. Some people will just stop coming and won’t say a word.

The customer service was great! Kim quickly made sure to get food covers for the food because she noticed a fly had gotten in lot building. She was constantly wiping the down the surfaces. She was also gently helping out new staff. I ordered a gluten free sub, and they were going to make sure to re-wipe the counter but I informed them that I wasn’t allergic. I was just trying out the gluten free bread which was just ok. However, the ingredients were so fresh and delicious! Rachel was also very kind and sweet! I will definitely be back to this location!

Very unfriendedly staff. The food is never consistent. This place has a high turnover rate. Please teach all staff to weigh meat so that it's consistent - food cost too much to be cheated. They can never get my order correct. I don't want all bread to get full. I wanted tuna but it didn't look edible.
