Workers not ready to work.. half ingredients took 5 mind for them to start 2 out of 3 orders... didn't give a dmn about customer service.. did to location i expected better! 20 min drive for nothing!

The place is disturbingly dirty. Management needs to do better. I walked in and walked out. Counters are filthy.

This location was very busy but they did a great job of executing all orders while remaining pleasant! Give them all a raise!

Every single time I accept a doordash order for this location, I am stuck waiting on the food for over 20 minutes each time. As I type this, I have been waiting for 20 minutes and still haven’t received the order.

I usually visit the location by Moreland Avenue, both the food and service are always spot on. This location has the worst service that I have ever seen. The staff was very slow and unorganized. The bread was hard and there was very little meat on my sandwich. I would never visit this location again.

They have never gotten my online order correct. It's as simple as no green peppers of any kind. I'm not adding anything I'm helping them skip a step. The place is filthy. The grill is disgusting. Never again.

They say that Jersey Mike's makes the best sandwich. I will never go back there again publix sandwich taste way better the customer service is awful 😖 this was Friday. I will never go back there again

Came over here to get a sandwich. Despite the review rating, I'm sitting in there. Order my sandwich I'm waiting first of all. I watched somebody come in there after me. Get rosemary bread, and then they tell me.They don't have any more rosemary, bread then the guy is cooking his phone rings. He answered his phone on his phone after he gets off the phone. He proceeds to put onions and on the grill. To fix my sandwich, but never changed his gloves. I just asked for refund.I wouldn't recommend this place.

I’ve been a Jersey Mikes fan for many years. This one struggles more than what I man used to. They seem to always be short staffed and out of something. “The spicy chicken is frozen and needs a few hours to defrost.” Or “We only have wheat bread for the next hour or so.” Each time I visit this location I end up ordering something different than intended because of their challenges. I guess business is doing well? At least the people are nice.

I ordered a $23 dollar sandwich and they gave me the WRONG sandwich! I asked for a Chicken Bacon Ranch cheesesteak and got a regular cheesesteak. I NEED MY MONEY BACK TF!

Terrible experience at this Jersey Mike’s. After waiting 15 minutes in line, I placed my order, but the employee repeatedly got it wrong despite me clearly repeating it in English. When I pointed out the mistake, he got an attitude and refused to let his coworker assist. Instead of fixing the order, he kicked me out of the store for no reason. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I repeatedly asked his name and he refused to give it to me, I then called the location serval times to get his name and he picked up the phone pretending to be the owner. Attaching a photo of the employee (Anthony or Darrell) who should not be working here. Avoid this location at all cost—not worth spending a dime here!

They have “help promote hygiene” planks on every table and yet their soap dispensers don’t work in the bathroom. You can’t wash your hands. I said something to the employee and she just said they don’t have soap… there’s soap in the dispenser all she had to do was fix it or atleast tell me you’ll look into it🤦🏽‍♀️
