Shorted me a Krystal burger. Burger bread is soggy. Don't give you a receipt. You have to beg for napkins. You can't get a smile out of the workers. Everyone looks miserable to be there. Sad.

Went in no one was in the drive thru line and only person sitting inside was a girl I guess was on break. Nobody said anything to us. Just acting busy but doing nothing. We stayed there ten minutes before leaving. The manager should be replaced, I think. She was right there doing nothing

I missed Happy Hour by 4 minutes . When i walked in it was to get out the heat. No one greeted me an no one told me about the happy hour. So i bought one orginal krystal. The bottom bread was soaed with juice from the hamburger on the grill the staff was a littke stand offish. I ask for extra onions and pickels. They gave extra onions and one pickle . It was so nasty but i was so hungry i ate it upside down with one piece of bread but yeah no mo Krystals for me. Ive never really like Krystals anyway i akways ate tge chicks or junkyard fries but yeah im good.

Do not go to this location! They only have one or two people working if you want to call it that. The manager is the rudest person I have ever met. They should truly just close this location down permanently! Sad thing is that they have been like this since the day they opened. The food is not edible. I understand that this is Krystal’s but the other locations are way better. Below it asked me how long was the wait for a table? Don’t know because the inside is always closed. Drive thru only.

Stopped by after taking my daughter for cancer treatment in Atlanta and they absolutely made our day ❣️
I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged that I was even there. Once I pulled around I asked the cashier if the speaker was broke. I needed to order food. She said no that she was the only person there. I then asked to place my order and she said she couldn’t allow me to order at the window. That I would have to get back in line. There was only one other car in the drive thru. She finally allowed me to place my order. That’s just bad customer service!

I hate going here after hours. The fairburn senoia road location is the worst after ten p m. There's only one person in a restaurant, several cars online that don't understand why they don't hire more help for overnight shifts if they're gonna run that.. The milkshake machine is always down half hour.

Although, they tasted good DO NOT waste your money on the small size onion rings. I ordered the small size for $2.59 (desperate right) and received four onion rings. The image on the board showed one tryna size but I didn't think I'd only get four. See images attached.

My kids love Krystal’s! This location however is a terrible representation of the branch. The lobby is NEVER open, the service is slow, the customer service is non-existent. During our last visit, my husband was rushed through his order and the staff was not friendly at all. We have had a similar experience at this location before but I decided not to write at review at that time. This time, I had to. With this being one of the closest locations to us, it is upsetting that we have to drive elsewhere. We will not be visiting this location again until something is done.
