Worlds slowest Krystal, 35 minutes to get 24 Krystal’s. One near my house takes less than 5 minutes.

I don't understand why it's slow!!! Ive been in this line for 43 minutes and I still dont have my food. The food is usually good, but the employees may need some time management classes. The only reason I stayed in the line vs leave like the 3 cars behind me is because I really have a taste for this food. Please help the employees so the establishment can run efficiently.

This Krystal’s is NEVER open at 6am if the store hours are 6am they should be up and running this is ridiculous to me if could give them 0 stars I would tbh

Visited the location on 01/12/2026 at 10:30 est and the employees hid when we pulled up and didn’t respond on the mic. We took that as a sign to skip this one.

Foods fine however the service is extremely slow for fast food. Plus the AC unit is either broke or set to an uncomfortable high heat.

This food has me sick and in severe pain. I should not have eaten it. I actually didn't eat the krystal but I did eat the chili cheese fries. Pain all night and next day. I will NEVER be back and hope I dont end up having to go to the hospital. This feels like food poisoning.

I went to this location , last night, November 30th, and could not order anything due this location only accepting cash payments because their card payment system was not working. What kind of establishment is this?
Went through the drive through for a road time snack and this place hit the spot. The sliders were hot and were very tasty and the fries, crunchy on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside. Salted just right. Great little bite to eat. Service and server was excellent and friendly.

Donuts for good but the cheese sliders were awful we were the only customers there I give it a one White Castle burgers at the grocery store are better

Went to drive thru, sat for 10 mins, no one was there.
Circled back around saw someone inside, he said lobby was closed, go to the drive thru.
Back to the drive thru, sat another 10 minutes, no one tool my order.
