I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged that I was even there. Once I pulled around I asked the cashier if the speaker was broke. I needed to order food. She said no that she was the only person there. I then asked to place my order and she said she couldn’t allow me to order at the window. That I would have to get back in line. There was only one other car in the drive thru. She finally allowed me to place my order. That’s just bad customer service!

You need to fire the woman working the drive-through window right now. I watched my food. Sit there on the counter for five minutes after she pulled me forward in the drive-through and said she’d bring my food out that the eggs were on the grill. I waited 10 minutes to go inside so that’s 15 minutes total. She is passive aggressively tanking your restaurant
