Need to do better in having orders ready. Should not have to wait 15 minutes to half an hour for a number 1 meal. Any other Krystal's I go to food be ready. No one was in the drive thru except one person. Do better. It's called fast food for a reason.

I stopping in just to pick up 10 (TEN) cheese Krystal burgers that cost me $17.13 which is outrageous to begin with, but they only gave me 9 (NINE), and only 5 (FIVE) were cheese and the other 4 (FOUR) had no cheese!!!! How incompetent can a person be?!? The clerk at the drive thru was very RUDE after I had to sit behind yet ANOTHER incompetent person ahead of me in the drive-thru who had left her purse in the hatch back of her vehicle and was so far away from the window she had...

I believe that this Crystal can outshine any restaurant in fairburn but their customer service is horrible and there food productivity is terrible as well I wanted me some good old southern grits but they were so lumpy it seemed like somebody sprinkle Pebble rocks in them from the street only thing they got right was the bottle of water it was cold. The reason why they're parking lot is empty all the time not because the food is served fast and hot is because the customer...
