Horrible customer service I have never called a place to order pizza for them to tell me I can only order one pizza over the phone . When did that become a rule ???? Not every person has access to a computer to order online .

Service was shitty when I visited this day,the parking is very tight,just didn't have a good experience at this particular location,sorry,but truth is the truth,rude employee at the register,smh.
I mean the pizza was amazing as always . Customer service was trash.

Disappointed by Veteran’s Day Experience at Little Caesars (Fairburn, GA)
Dear Little Caesars Team,
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience on Veteran’s Day at your Fairburn, GA location off Campbellton Road. As a veteran, I was looking forward to the advertised free lunch promotion between 11 AM and 2 PM — a gesture I deeply appreciate and have enjoyed in the past.
Unfortunately, when I arrived around 1 PM, I was informed by an employee named Diamond that the promotion had already been shut down. I found this surprising and disheartening, especially on a day meant to honor those who’ve served. I later called the store to request the general manager’s contact information, and while Diamond eventually provided the name “Gene,” she seemed hesitant and asked why I needed it.
I also attempted to reach customer service but was unable to get through to anyone.
I’ve always enjoyed visiting Little Caesars with my kids, and I’ve held the brand in high regard. This experience, however, felt dismissive of the spirit of Veteran’s Day and the service of those it’s meant to honor. I hope this feedback helps improve future communication and consistency around promotions — especially those tied to such meaningful occasions.

This girl from yesterday she was having an attitude with us, even if we were being nice to her like I wasn’t doing nothing, but when she gave me that attitude, I started giving her attitude to but she was there cussing around being rude and that honestly ruined my day yesterday night it was around 8:00 or 9:00 when I went she had that crusty black wig I want her fired she is just an attitude

Horrible Service , The Manager Was Very Sweet And Nice . But This ONE Employee Was VERY Disrespectful. I Was Waiting For A Order At The Counter Looking At My Phone And All I Hear Is “ Did You Just Take A Picture Of Me Cause Ion Play That “ I Replied No And As Im Waiting For My Order Which Is The Crazy Bread Right InFront Of Her She Proceeded To Say “ Oh She Can Wait 10 Minutes Im Not Packing AnyThing Up For Her “ Mind You I Came In Nice Respectful With A Smile On My Face . So NOW Yes Im Going To Take A Picture And Leave A Review On You . The Manager Proceeded To Tell Her To Put The Crazy Bread In The Packs And She Stays Behind Doesn’t Do What Was Asked Of Her . If The Manager Says There Tired Of You Obviously YOUR The Problem . These Young Kids And There Attitude Along With The Disrespect. I Definitely Will Be Contacting Head Person In Charge . I Will Most Likely Never Get Food Here Again . And Will Be Sending The Full Video And EveryThing She Said To Manager Or Corporate
She didn't make the new pretzel pizza right and she the melted cheese off. I that case I could have ordered 2 regular pizzas
