After two poor experiences with this restaurant I decided to write a review. The first encounter was a month ago in which my order was made wrong. The person that I spoke to over, the phone was defensive about the service, however she agreed to issue a minor credit of $10. When I called to retrieve said credit, the same person informed me that there was no note of the credit. I begin to remind her of the situation. She stated that I would have to call back when the “boss” was there. What an inconvenience to a customer who had previously had a less than satisfactory experience. Now I must put my craving on pause and wait for whenever the “boss” will return? No thank you. I will no longer patronize this particular franchise.

Please Bring Back Glove Use, 😢 we got a medium pizza last night , now Food poisoning symptoms are Present ( Vomiting is not fun ) , Please Please Be Mindful of food safety and regulations...so I don't know if the pizza was old / Or Recycled... like you take an old pizza and refreshen it by adding extra cheese on top.. and running it through the oven. Or Someone was Using bare hands unwashed Making pizza. Please Use Hand Washing and Follow Food Safety Laws. And Make use Of Gloves a Protical. Please Do Better.

Ordered several varieties, but the pizzas were just okay at best. Delivery was great, and faster than expected. They have a pattern of not following any special instructions about your pizza, so don't bother.

I placed an online order and arrived about 15 minutes later, which was perfectly reasonable. However, the experience after that was disappointing. The owner was training an associate, and while they were laughing and joking around, my pizza was accidentally given to another customer. Instead of acknowledging the mistake professionally, the owner laughed about it and I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for a new pizza. The pizza itself was fine, but the service felt very unprofessional. I understand training takes time, but customers shouldn’t be inconvenienced or made to feel like an afterthought in the process. A little more awareness and professionalism would go a long way.

The ingredients were fresh, the service was quick, the pizza had great flavor and the service was excellent. 10/10 for Marco’s pizza at this location. Didn’t take pics because I ate it before I could. Sorry not sorry 😬
