I ordered a pizza yesterday and was very disappointed when it came it was not sealed properly and looked smashed ...I called the store and no one answerd not sure if they were busy or short handed but I never had a problem with them till now that's why I'm upset. We did not know if it was tampered with or not so we didn't eat it tape wasnon recite and not tapped down.

This is the worst Marco's . The service here is horrible the Indians have bad customer service. I watched a guy sneeze with gloves on and did not change them. They are slow . I said something about it and the young Indian man refused to give me my order for door dash and told me I need to get a real job. Very disrespectful. Please stay away from this restaurant they are not following health guidelines and the pizzas are not up to par. I would never eat here. And what kind of owner says to reach out Facebook very unprofessional company.

I ordered plain wings and garlic Parmesan sauce cup on the side but they added the garlic Parmesan sauce on all of the wings. When I called them they said they ran out of cups to put the sauce in so they just put it on all of the wings. I explained that we all don’t like the garlic Parmesan sauce and the lady on the phone said I should have called and told them . I told them that if they couldn’t make it how I ordered it they should’ve called me. They never fixed my order so I asked for a manager she said there was no manager there so I asked for her name and the manager’s name but she didn’t want to give me their names after too much unnecessary back and forth she told me the managers name was Jay and her name was Jasmine. She didn’t give me corporates number just said it was available online. I found it, called and left a message. It’s been over 24 hours and I never heard back. They will never get my business again.Update: the owner responded and asked to reach out to them on Facebook or Twitter but there is not an option to send a message on Facebook and I don’t have a twitter. For years I used to drive out my way because I was too far away for delivery and the pizza was so good remind me like back home Connecticut. The last few months I don't know if management changed or what I keep giving them a try and it gets worse and worse every time the quality of the food the people at the place they don't file directions on how you want your things made I was so fed up that I got there and I asked him to put it back in the oven so it can cook fully they sat there in the back her and the man and just spoke in whatever language they were speaking. She even told me it was cooked enough it was a small pizza and it was still undercooked. I paid for extra cheese I didn't get extra cheese I asked for the light sauce didn't get light sauce. Today was my last time with Marcos
She tried to charge me a 1.00 for this small blue cheese because she didn't have change this my last time coming here End the monsierra sticks our code. They were only good at first time I got

HORRIBLE pizza place. Just ordered this overpriced pizza to get home and realize our order was WRONG. We didn’t get our pepperoni pizza, the pizzas were all triangle cut vs square cut as requested… and there is almost NO pizza sauce on this pizza. I’m furious to have spent so much money on this garbage. We will make sure to never eat here again.

The manager is a racist, they will overcharge your credit card and refuse to give proper refund they are scamming thieves do not pay with a card it took 6 days to get my refund from my bank after reporting their fraudulent handling of my account. I will never do buisness there again. Beware if you do.

I'm noticing Marcos are being owned and ran by Indian people..... the worst! The staff here who is a mixed staff of black and white young adults are very nice. Customer service AWESOME however the very first time I had to converse with the Indian man who I am told is the boss is very NASTY. His attitude sucks and he has no type of professionalism! They never have specials and when I asked about it his response was they don't have specials at this location. The last 2times I ordered a delivery I SPECIFICALLY asked that my pizza be cooked well with butter on the crust. We'll at least it came hot but I didn't complain because I wasn't gonna return it but it was a mental note. So tonight I ordered the same thing and SPECIFICALLY explained my last experience the young lady was helpful and understanding. When I got my pizza it was WARM NOT WELL DONE AND NO BUTTER ON THE CRUST. I called and asked to speak to the young lady that assisted me they said she went home so I asked to speak to the manager. The SAME INDIAN MAN gets on the phone I explained to him how my order was wrong the first thing he said was they worker must've put the order in wrong. I said what we not gonna do is make her the blame because she read my order back to me specifically. I said the last two times I ordered here my order has been wrong and I don't appreciate it. He said well you can order somewhere else. That's when I cursed him out and hung up. He's very disrespectful and I will be ordering elsewhere!

Don't ever buy their 10 dollar pizza bowl. It is the thickness of a pepperoni. No exaggeration. It was 3 mouthfuls. Not even close to the pictures they advertise. Maybe 2 dollars worth of food
