Will not serve customers after 2am even though they are it’s a 24 hour drive thru. Reason has been in preparation for breakfast. I’ve tried on multiple occasions.

Pulled up to the Drive Thru no one greeted until I said something. Then was put on hold for 10 mins or more until I said something 🤔 again when said go ahead with your order.. Not pleased at all

I went to this location for breakfast and after about 5 minutes a worker asked if I needed anything and I told her I already ordered on the kiosk and she hands me my food on its side in the bag ( big breakfast) and when I got home there was cheese on the eggs I did not ask for. And the biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat it. This was the worst experience I have had with McDonald's and will not return to this location again.

Shorted me on a cookie tote-went back from the advice of the district manager to get it again and no one acknowledged me when I was standing there at the counter. They had a lot of cooks as well and not very busy so idk why in the world I was ignored.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent visit. I ordered a #1 with a sweet tea and a strawberry cream pie and paid at the first window. However, when I reached the second window, I was only given the sandwich, drink, and pie... the fries were missing.

When I politely informed the staff, I was told I had “only paid for the sandwich,” even after clearly explaining that I requested a meal. Both the employee and the manager were argumentative instead of resolving the issue, insisting that “a meal must be specifically requested,” which is exactly what I did.

They then attempted to make me come inside to pay for the fries, despite me offering to pay directly at the drive-thru window. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the mistake originated at the register.

This experience was frustrating and discouraging, and I hope this location improves its customer service moving forward.

The customer service is the worst. I pull in order and pay. Thier was no other cars in line. We go the next window they hand us the drink. We sit for about 2minutes and she comes to window to inform me it would be a 4min wait on hash browns. I ask for a refund,,they proceed to make me wait an additional 2 minutes and come back to the window and say she said it will be 2 minutes. No I asked for a refund. The manager comes to window where’s my refund. She stated I was being aggressive and slammed the window. The sad part this the only McDonalds near me unless I want to go to Union City.

I had to go back through the line to get the sweet and sour sauce that I had ordered with my four piece nugget, that was not in the bag. There was a lot of fries in the bag .And we didn't even order fries. Also, every time I touched my coffee cup.The lid would come off. I went back through the line, and I got to the window, and I had to tell her three times that it was not the lid, it was the actual cup and I kept giving it back to her and told her the lid is not gonna fit because the cup has a lip that is damaged. She argued with me and tried to make me keep the cup and I said it's too dangerous. She finely poured it in a new cup and the lid fit.But then the coffee was cold. I had to beg and request more than five times for the sweet and sour sauce. By the time I got it, you guessed it.My nuggets were cold. We will not be stopping at this mcdonald's ever again.

Nobody working the counter. Kiosk takes 10x as long than simply telling someone my order. Kiosk doesn't take credit cards, so still have to go to the counter. Should have gone somewhere else.

I've waited 25 mins for a quick 5 dollar meal and everything was cold. The burger was cold the cheese didn't melt and the fries had to be sitting out. My coke was watered down. I asked for a fruit punch and recieved a orange because they ran out. Then after waiting an employee walked out to confront me about my food without eve bring me my food. So disrespectful.. never again
