Came in and ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and a double cheeseburger. 39 minutes later, still no food. Mind you, customers that came in after me were apologizing for getting their food prior to me. Telling me they must have lost my order. 41 minutes in, I ask the manager about my food to which she responds very loudly, " sir, we only have one arm here and you'll have to wait".
I then told her that I've been waiting, over 30 minutes and she said in front of everyone, "well what do you want me to do?".
Ummm...check my order maybe??
But I asked for a refund and handed her my recipet telling her that this was unacceptable.
She asked me what I had...even though she had my receipt in her hand.
I told her I had 2 cheeseburgers. Which to a common customer is what I ordered. She rang me up for a refund for $3.63.
I told her no ma'am, I paid over $13 for my food.
She then directed me that I was wrong, because I told her I had 2 cheeseburgers.
She had my receipt in hand. I told her, please just check my receipt and refund me the money that I paid you.
Why do I have to tell a manager this???
McDonalds, you may not read this, but you have a serious problem at this location.
The frustration and blame on a customer for waiting over 30 minutes is absurd.
Not looking for free food, coupons, etc. I don't want it.
Just wanted to let you know that was the worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant and I'm 47 years old.
Someone please address it.

Employees extremely rude, waited twenty minutes for food and didn’t even pay attention to me. Put pickles on my burger even though I put on my order that I wanted no pickles. Do not go here.

I am very upset. I am from Alabama. Me and my two daughters came there Saturday night March 1 2025 to get something to eat after my daughter cheer competition. To make a long story short my daughter got food poisoning from this location . We got home back in Alabama around 12:15am but around 1am my daughter woke up throwing up non stop . Not to mention the food wasn’t fresh but my daughter was hungry she ate it anyway . This is unacceptable

Never got whole meal on top of that I tip and this not first time I'm so over this how u can't read a whole order which was lame buy different condiments on it like where they get these people I would give ZERO uploaded pics to uber eats as well this is so unacceptable bid Mac ice cold one large fry ice cold and a whole.missing 2 mc doubles like wow

This is literally 5 mins from my house so I come here for breakfast when I don't have time at home. It's not midshift or night crew that is my problem. But there is a huge issue with morning crew, and I get it working fast food early in the morning, it's hard to be nice. I have already had to call and complain about the shit attitude and food to the supervisor. I am now sick of it. I don't need my money back, but what I do need is for this place to get their act together. I have found a hair in my bagel this morning and the woman taking the window orders is always so so rude cutting off customers and half the time deciding I'm done ordering on her own accord. Maybe let your customers finish ordering first or apologize and say I'm sorry ma'am or sir etc. But the machine is down. I also understand that mishaps happen. Again however, I had a bagel and there was a hair IN BETWEEN the bun and sausage. If it was just in the wrapper that'd be a different matter. I work for a different restaurant but I hold my crew to high hygiene standards and have anyone I'm training keep an eye out for anything like that. Mcdonalds morning crew needs to step it up.

They stopped taking orders from one of the drive thru lanes but didn't block it off and didn't tell customers. Me and about five other cars sat there for 10 min while 15 cars from the other lane went thru. I suppose they were just going to wait for us to get fed up and leave? I called to complain but of course the phone number didn't work

Driv thru: Everytime I come here in the morning the lady at the window (cashier) she is very rude at times. I hope that everything is ok with her she seems very unhappy.

This locations needs to get new employees or find some that will actually work ….. they have the Chic-Fil-A lines without the movement …. Waiting line for 7 minutes since CFA isn’t open !!

How do sell a product, charge, then upon arriving at the window the Manager ask do you want something else we out of qtr lb meat-
