i live 5 min from this mcdonalds so that should tell yu im here all the time but i always forget to check my damn food wen i shouldn’t have to but obviously i do now but the foods always code i ordered a large fry 2 days in a row nd left wit a small fry in a large cup.. customers service is very bad then they will tell yu they waiting for fresh fries or anything like that and it’s always cold and when i thought to myself im about to leave a review i see other review saying the same thing im having problems with. avoid this place if you can !

EVERY TIME I come here it’s a problem with my food EVERY TIME! Not one time have I came here and gotten FRESH food, EVERY TIME I order i say COOK TO ORDER and my burgers are always cold, bread hard, fries STALE and OLD! When they tell me to pull up I wait for 5-10 minutes just be presented the SAME OLD FOOD they tried giving me before.. then when you express you want fresh food everybody got an attitude ESPECIALLY the MANAGERS! NEVER coming back here again

I ordered 2 fries and nuggets with a drink. Food was cold. Sprite was watered down. The people at the counter acted like they didn’t care. If you pass by this McDonald’s please do not stop by. Campbellton Fairburn

Stopped by to get a sausage egg biscuit combo with large coffee & additional Sr coffee. I asked for cream & sugar on the side. I was met by a very unpleasant manager at 7:21 in am who dressed my coffee, not to my request. She had a very angry look on her face as she replaced my large coffee. She led me to believe the Sr coffee was black once I got home I learned it was wrong. It's unfortunate that an employee has to show so much negative body language to a customer looking to spend money. She quickly gave me half of my drink which was the main purpose of my visit. My husband could not drink his coffee. Order #33.. Bad & unpleasant service🥴!! The meal was perfect!

This McDonald’s has to be the worst in South Fulton. When using the app this location does not mark the items unavailable. The manager is nasty and rude and says to talk it over with the app. I have been going back and forth with the app and my bank as I never received the food . Do not use the app when ordering food for McDonald’s. If the item is unavailable you will not get a refund. I’ve been going back and forth with trying to get a refund since Dec 2024
I placed an order on the app. I got there and the item was not available. You are not even supposed to order things if they are not available. I wad told by the manager that I should be able to cancel on the app because they did not process the order. Over an hour later, I still can't cancel from the app. I call the store and no answer. So now I have to drive back to get a resolution.
Very poor experience..Everytime I go to this place these people never get order correct .they don't pay attention to what there making and act clueless...why is it only in certain areas is the service so bad...and whatever u do before u leave that drive thru window check your bag these people always forget something .MCDONALDS NEEDS TO GO INTO THIS PLACE AND CLEAN HOUSE STARTING WITH MANAGEMENT..TO MUCH PARTY AND PLAY ATMOSPHERE ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH SOMEONES FOOD AND MONEY

The customer service for this McDonald’s, is simply TERRIBLE. I come here alot to eat because the conveniency, but everytime i come here it just gets progressively WORSE. The Staff and crew members DON’T CARE. They treat the customers like a HASSLE. The wait time for your meals is TOO LONG & most of the time ur meal is just sitting there getting COLD because the crew staff LACK COMMUNICATION.

If I could give 0 Stars I would! I visited yesterday around 1 30pm. We went inside to purchase our food and if took over 20 minutes for us to receive our food! I asked to speak with a manager and her customer service was horrible. She was African American with blue contacts I forgot to ask her name but her answer was she was in the back which is a poor excuse as a manager on a Saturday!. Oh and when we did finally receive our food it was cold!

I know we all have pretty low expectations when pulling into any McDonald's but holy cow. This place somehow managed to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been here 4-5 times, I don't like to leave reviews for a single visit anywhere. This place has a 100% failure rate. The last and final straw was raw quarter pounder that tasted so bad I literally spit it out. Never again. I'd rather starve

The young lady that was working the drive thru was doing a great job handling the long line. I think her name was Shakira, I’m not sure, but she handled the stressful situation well! Great customer service, she definitely cares about giving good customer service!
