The online hours state that the location is open until 9:00 p.m. I went through the drive-thru at 8:00 and was told drive-thru was closed. Specifically drove out of my way to go to this location. If the drive-thru is going to close early it needs to be listed.

Ordered a catering Taco kit and they did not include everything needed and would not refund for the extra and was told to bring the entire kit back for the refund. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful while talking to them. I will take my business elsewhere and drive 50 miles out of the way to avoid going to this place. They would be better to close the doors and choose a different profession.

Worst Moe's I've ever been to. I would consider myself a Moe's expert and frankly could make my own stack. The lady who made mine today was lacking to the Moe's standard for sure. First she didn't heat up my tortilla, then she tried giving me 2 broken tostadas. She also gave me about half a scoop of chicken, and when I asked for more, she snapped at me telling me that was a full portion. She was rude and snarky. And to top it all off they didn't cut the stack in half. This store is a disgrace to the Moe's name and franchise.
