This has been my favorite pizza place for many years but recently they have declined. There is hardly any cheese on the pizza (complained twice) during my last 3 visits. Time to go to Johnny's.

I called to place an order for pickup, and wanted two slices of chicken pizza. I asked for two fresh slices as I did not want slices from a previously made pizza. I’ve had unfresh slices in the past and they taste stale and horrible. Needless to say I was told that I could not order fresh slices of pizza today. I will never go back here.

Been going here for years. Went to the Fayetteville location until it sadly closed. Absolutely love their pizza enough to see them weekly.

My favorite pizza! Makes it worth supporting a small business.
My wife attempted to call in our order and pay for it over the phone so I could just pop in and pick it up on my way home from work. She was told they don't accept payments over the phone. I was told differently when I arrived in person to pay and pick up the pizza. The order was placed at 6:30 pm tonight (Tuesday). I arrived at 6:45 pm and was told the pizza was ready. I went to pay at the pick up register and their chip reader wasn't working. The swipe option was taped up. We moved to the main register and completed the transaction. At that point, I was handed the pizza and opened it to discover it wasn't what we ordered. Two very young girls stood there motionless about how to fix the situation. They even went to huddle and discuss it behind the oven, but returned with no solution and just walked out into the dining area, leaving me standing at the counter. Eventually, another young lady, possibly the manager on duty, approached and asked if I wanted to be refunded for the toppings that were left off or the entire pizza itself. I told her it was her decision and I wasn't going to ask them to remake the pizza. Twenty minutes later I'm still standing at the counter waiting on the young lady to figure out how to do a refund. She finally says a refund will appear on my card in a few days, but I'm given no receipt of the refund to verify the transaction. Meanwhile, my pizza is now cold, under cooked and completely dried out. It's really strange that this was the quality of their product tonight, given that this was the first day back since the weekend. I ate one slice when I got home and my wife at one slice from her side (veggie/chicken). Both slices were trash, so we ended up discarding the rest of the pizza. We have been going to Oz Pizza since their location in downtown Fayetteville. It's usually a pleasant experience but tonight it was definitely a big swing and a miss. It was disturbing that there seemed to be no mature adult on the premises to help guide the quality of the food and service. I know the red hair lady is usually there during the day and on the weekends. I guess of we decide to give them another try, we'll just come during the day on the weekends. I suggest you do the same or be prepared to be very disappointed with the experience.
