Papa Johns Pizza

Pizza looks delicious I admit that much but the medium is turning into a small, I thought there was a ring used for sizing. Don’t get me wrong the pizza is full, not thinned out and full of toppings but this isn’t a medium pizza when it comes to inches. I purchased 3 and they were all obviously smaller than past purchased orders.

The manager literally gave me a cold pizza & refused to make another one without charging me had the nastiest attitude, refused to give me his name but gave me his bosses name, should’ve gone to Marco’s like I originally intended to will never come to this location again as long as it still works here

I ordered 5 pizzas and they all were cold by the time they got to me I understand that the business is short staffed but don’t make the customer suffer. The pizzas were for my last day of work and my staff had to use a microwave to reheat “fresh pizza” i don’t recommend this location they seem to not have much for customer service. When I called to complain I was told “I’m sorry” I asked for a refund or some type of payment for the poor service and was told I’m sorry we can’t do that and hung up the phone on me. Don’t recommend this location at all very unprofessional and do not care about customers

This is the most unprofessional papa John’s it’s basically a joke. They never have food ready they never have orders ready even when ordering online they claim they don’t check online orders. The wait time is ridiculous.

Placed a mobile order online and had a 30 minute ride to the location and my order wasn’t ready. They started making my order after I arrive which cost me to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. I ordered pizza and wings, and my pizza were made first and my wings were made last due to the wings being made last my pizza got cold and my wings were not cooked as I ordered. Don’t eat here find a better location.

I was placed on hold for 25 plus minutes waiting to speak with a manager about a refund for a pizza that was made horribly! I decided to drive to the location while still being on hold. When I walked into the location two employees in the front knew they had me on hold with no expectation of me ever speaking with a manager. The manager had no idea about my situation. This location employees do not care about the quality of the food they are preparing for you or providing the bare minimum of good customer service.

Stopped by last Friday at around 9pm and didnt get my take out order till 9:45pm and it was wrong. The employees were not apologetic.

Ordered $50 worth of pizza just to get home and there’s hair BAKED into my pizza 😫… I called the store to report this …. I’ll know the resolution in 3-5 days

My wife and I eat here a lot. Tonight was the absolute worst. One girl walking around on FaceTime my entire order was wrong. Everybody in the back got the AirPods in on the phone. This is ridiculous. I will be reporting them to corporate

Order was completed at reasonable timing. The re flag was order delivered by DoorDasher. Natasha arrived on time and called for further directions. My order was handed to me around 5:45PM by some guy riding alone. The Thin crust pepperoni well done look like a toddler played around with pizza. See photos attached. I called the store and reported to Chris. He stated will remove the driver from all delivers and recreated my order. Still awaiting and will provide an updated soon....Update: New pick below as well received remake order and everything looks great arrive at 6:41PM DoorDasher Guy delayed due to incorrect address on his end but arrived and food was still hot...Thanks Chris at Papa Johns. Called back but you had already left for the day
