My wife and I eat here a lot. Tonight was the absolute worst. One girl walking around on FaceTime my entire order was wrong. Everybody in the back got the AirPods in on the phone. This is ridiculous. I will be reporting them to corporate

Order was completed at reasonable timing. The re flag was order delivered by DoorDasher. Natasha arrived on time and called for further directions. My order was handed to me around 5:45PM by some guy riding alone. The Thin crust pepperoni well done look like a toddler played around with pizza. See photos attached. I called the store and reported to Chris. He stated will remove the driver from all delivers and recreated my order. Still awaiting and will provide an updated soon....Update: New pick below as well received remake order and everything looks great arrive at 6:41PM DoorDasher Guy delayed due to incorrect address on his end but arrived and food was still hot...Thanks Chris at Papa Johns. Called back but you had already left for the day

I found a piece of a green sponge melted into my cheese on the pizza o ordered today. Call the store spoke with the manager Chris who got mad at me for having a sponge cooked into my food. He offered me a refund but his customer service skills are horrible. I’ll NEVER EVER order from that store again!!

Paid for delivery and delivered these funny looking half cooked and cut pizzas. Was told to bring them back up here which I did and the guys had an attitude that he had to remake them. Like you wouldn’t want nobody sending you anything like that to your family. Pizzas just raggedy and ugly like there attitude.

Ordered pizzas at about 645pm on a Friday. Confirmation said pizzas would be ready by 7:30. Went to pickup pizzas at 7:30...not ready. My fault for not checking the online order status before leaving the house. Employee's were trying to be helpful but couldn't really say when you'd get your food. Finally one of the employees found my order in the system and said he would START making my pizzas. If I hadn't asked I'm assuming no one would have made it?? I'd say at least half of the people waiting for their food cancelled their orders in frustration. Gotta do better!

Waited over 40minutes from when I ordered the pizza for it to be ready on a CARRY OUT ORDER. This was on a Friday evening where the restaurant shouldve been fully staffed. I got home, ate the pizza, and immediately had diarrhea. Never again.
This was a takeout order.It was ready on time. It was prepared well, and they assisted me with taking items to my car without asking. He also turned down a tip.

Ordered pizza for my son's birthday, it was cold, and you can tell it has been sitting out for a long time. So imagine getting the pizza opening it in a room full Of guest in the pizza looks crusty. Often times the drivers will park in the handicap spots right in front of the restaurants with no proper identification on their vehicle because they are lazy. When you go in there, everybody's having personal conversations and our unprofessional and if you order online and have it delivered they often times don't give the delivery drivers your drinks and I know I have a credit on my account because they have left my drink so many times, this is trash they need to start from new management and Do Better !
