Never again. I gave them another chance. Got cheese bread sticks and regular breadsticks and apparently I’m supposed to eat these with absolutely no marinara sauce. When I’m supposed to get one with each item. Your job isn’t that hard. From looking at the reviews this place needs to be shut down by Pizza Hut corporate. Ur job isn’t that hard. Do better.

I made my order ahead and never received it. I called the store six times no answer. Then I received a phone call but as soon as answered they disconnected the phone call. This is so disappointing. I'm at work now as we speak with nothing to eat. Due to Pizza Hut employees not doing their job. Hopefully this will get to someone and something will be done with this store. Customer service is horrible.

The staff made my experience worth it. Michelle left me with a memorable experience. This lady deserves to be managing her own store if she is not already.

What to say about this pizza hut in Fairburn Georgia.
I'm lost for words. I was giving the wrong pizza. I took it home, brought it back and when I brought it back. They took the pizza and put it back in the hot box that I took all the way home instead of tossing. The manager was notified about it and she was very shocked about it.. she gave us the pizza to take back home. Which we did not eat because it was too doughy And she gave us our right pizza that we did order. Which was delicious. And for the 2 kids that runs the cash register. I don't know if they brothers and sisters, but they have no customer service at all. And no.
Urgency When the customer walked through the door it's all about them and when they can get to you. I must say the manager must really feel sorry for them I guess that's why they're still there.. Because I really don't see no other reason for them to be there.. But they could take the time and mop the floor that looked like. It has not been mop since Pizza Hut open. Oh, yeah, and the walls too.. No more pizza hut in Fairburn georgia for us

Pizza hut has won our taste buds back. Great deals great food. Fresh and hot. Yummy. Make sure you try the STUFFED CRUST😍
We left Marcos for about 2 months now. (Sorry) Get your magic touch back.
Always look for the coupons on line for Great deals. And sign up for emails to get rewards sent to you.
I like the one in Union city as apposed to the newer one on Sonia Road.

It’s upsetting that I have to forego unnecessary lengths just to speak to someone about an order I had to request for to be cancelled due to lack of management and employees failing to provide decent service.
I have not heard from anyone about this issue and the transaction has not been credited back to my account. I enjoy Pizza Hut pizza and is a household favorite for my family but the way this situation is being handled or NOT, is concerning. All responses are automated and to get somebody on the phone you have to “pretend” you are going to order.
On 01/21/2025 late morning/early lunch, when I showed up to pick up my online order, apparently there was only one employee working and “locked themselves out” and was no where to be found to inform us of the situation when myself and two other customers showed up. I had to jump through hoops to get someone on the phone just to cancel the order. I have yet to receive a credit for the charge still pending on my account and all emails are answered with an automated response.
I hope corporate will make a surprise visit and consider all these complaints and hire managers and employees that will provide better services to this community or shut this one down.
I prefer Pizza Hut in Union City over this one and IYKYK

Literally just made the order online and got the confirmation and immediately called to modify the order as I saw both pizzas did not say pan tossed. Called to make the correction and was only hold then told I was being transferred to the store to make the change. Get the store and the rep tells me she can't make the change for the pizza I'm ordering and spending my money on because it was already in the oven. Now there is no way this pizza was made that quick where the order could not be changed. I should have stuck with Marcos or Oz..smh

This place just hires ANYONE!!!!!!
I ordered online got there 20minutes later they had it even started my ordered. Pizza finished. After waiting for fry’s for 20 more minutes I asked them what was the hold up they said they waiting on the oven to heat up!
The kids were very unprofessional and honestly frightening to be around. This place needs to be shut down.
Also had to put my pizza back in the oven when I got home because it was not cooked long enough. And they forgot my ranch dressing. If you are in this area just go to Marcos or papa John’s
