My first time trying planet smoothie. I ordered the bowl and I was very pleased. The staff was friendly and I got a lot for money.

Never been here before today and ive lived here for about 7 months. I was always partial to Jamba Juice...but this place is SOOOOO MUCH BETTER! We got the Java the Nut (coffee, banana, peanut butter and something else) and we got the Fuji Island Breeze (coconut water, greens, pineapple and some other stuff lol) but it is so fresh and yummy!!

The ladies there are very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Thanks guys, definitely gained a customer!!

Great service but please someone just take a moment to update the hours of operation to not inconvenience customers

Made an online order and it was ready pretty quick. Store is very clean and all the employees seemed nice. I personally am more of a fan of smoothie king because for some reason planet smoothie just doesn’t blend the smoothie enough for me/are less smooth. Still good though.

Terrible service. First I watched four people who ordered after me walk in and out of this establishment with their purchase. I’m guessing what I ordered was complicated (I didn’t make any modifications to the smoothie) because the cashier came off of the register to make mine while the girl on the line skipped over my order and completed four orders. Then the girl proceeds to ask me if I wanted it thick or not thick. I told her I have never been asked that before and I get this exact order every time I go to PS which is multiple times per week. She continued to ask me that same question until I said I would prefer a refund to which she responded “Really?”. I wasn’t rude and she wasn’t rude but it was obvious that she wasn’t happy about my decision. I got my refund and went to the next closest PS and got my order without incident. Better training is needed.

Fast service but we have to do better with having a professional environment. The music shouldn't be blasting vulgar language. Immediate turn off walking in

The woman owner thought it was ok to prepare a large smoothie. Pour two smaller smoothies for the couple who placed their order after me, then proceed to tell her husband to put ice in the remaining part prepared smoothie instead of preparing a fresh 44oz smoothie. There was so much water in the smoothie from the ice it started to separate on my ride home. Please do better.
