Planet Smoothie

my smoothie was very good ! One thing they need to work on is the customer service. They young ladies didn’t speak when I walked in they looked at me they seemed to not have wanted to be at work today the day after christmas. We need to work on the customer service but the store was clean presentable . They got my smoothie out quickly.

I came around closing time, I even tipped and she barely put any fruit in there, she forgot to add nutella until i was walking out the door and she remebered. I will now add a photos of how my açaí bowl usually looks AND i paid for extra nutella and this is what i got. She also added Honey??? When that isn’t included in the bowl it tastes digusting.

On the date of order the store was only accepting online orders. I placed my order and returned we’ll within the time frame stated and my order was not prepared and the employees had no idea of what order I placed , the bowl was made immediately after they asked for verification of my order.

When I opened my bowl, a long string of hair was on top of the bowl. I immediately returned my bowl and refused for the order to be remade and requested a refund instead. The system was down and the employees had no idea on how to complete the return and needed to contact the manager who still was not able to provide with me with a refund. I have not had any follow up since my return and left my contact information for the manager to call but I have not been contacted to get the refund complete. I am hoping to hear back from the manager before I have to move forward with disputing the charge through my bank. I traveled from out of state and Planet Smoothie was on the only healthier eating options in the order and I chose to go there just because of that. It was my first and last time visiting.

In the I would suggest that employees wear hair nets when working so closely with food.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience today. I placed an online order for curbside pickup at 3:20 PM and arrived at the scheduled time of 4:15 PM. I parked my car directly in front of the store, following the instructions to call upon arrival. However, I did not receive an answer after my call. After sitting in my car for 2-3 minutes without any response, I decided to go inside. To my dismay, my order was still not ready. When I inquired, the staff told me to wait another 5 minutes. Ultimately, I did not receive my order until around 4:35 PM. This raises a critical question: what is the point of offering curbside pickup if my calls are ignored? This lack of service needs to be addressed.

My first time trying planet smoothie. I ordered the bowl and I was very pleased. The staff was friendly and I got a lot for money.

Never been here before today and ive lived here for about 7 months. I was always partial to Jamba Juice...but this place is SOOOOO MUCH BETTER! We got the Java the Nut (coffee, banana, peanut butter and something else) and we got the Fuji Island Breeze (coconut water, greens, pineapple and some other stuff lol) but it is so fresh and yummy!!

The ladies there are very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Thanks guys, definitely gained a customer!!

Great service but please someone just take a moment to update the hours of operation to not inconvenience customers

Made an online order and it was ready pretty quick. Store is very clean and all the employees seemed nice. I personally am more of a fan of smoothie king because for some reason planet smoothie just doesn’t blend the smoothie enough for me/are less smooth. Still good though.
