Today I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment. Though the drive-thru line was long, this was to be expected while dining here around the lunch hour. As I placed my order, Ms. Takea was so kind, polite, and patient as she took my order. By the time I received my food, half of the order was cold unfortunately. Upon informing Ms. Takea, she did not hesitate to apologize on behalf of her staff (due to the business of the hour), and brought me a fresh meal. You can't...

The food was good, but once again the service is so slow. The younger generation just doesn't have a sense of urgency when applying customer service to getting people in and out it's called fast food for a reason.
