Great atmosphere, wonderful food and competitive pricing makes Shane’s in Fairburn your go to rib place. Tangi the young lady in the front is very personable and welcoming and Kendal the manager is always present and you can tell how much he cares that your visit is a pleasant one. If you visit on the weekends try their 2 rib plate special, not only are the ribs fall of the bone delicious their sides are as good as well and only $24 for 2 people. Nowadays you can’t beat that price plus the wonderful customer experience they provide will surely make you a regular.
My wife & I came in at 9:25pm (they close at 10pm) we’d never been here before , miss Tangi educated us & Tangi was super friendly , sweet & ….. just an absolute delight to talk to!!
Customer service is crucial , so many times in this side of town I’ve ordered food & have dealt with the most (I hate my effin job) tyii ok e vibe!! Tanji is top shelf !!!! Ribs are killer !!!! ? Deff be back

Poor service at 8:30 on 10/9/2024! Laughing in the back while I’m waiting to pay and on a tight schedule! Cashier too comfortable and not professional! I went across the street for dinner!

This is not BBQ it’s boil-a-que! There is no smoke or smell of wood, fire or charcoal coming from this establishment. The ribs were bland with 0 smoke flavor or char and the sauce was gross. The boil-a-q chicken was so over cooked the bones turned to mush. DO NOT try the “homemade peach cobbler” it looks like Elmers’ glue and peaches and tastes like it too. I don’t know who lied to Shane but this is NOT BBQ. All I can say is yuck!!! I fault myself because anyone that eats BBQ should know when you are approaching a BBQ restaurant because you can smell it in the air…

Food was really good and the service was basically good. My issue was I'd never been to Shane's before so I didn't know u ordered and found a table on your own, so it was a little confusing. But that's my only gripe, other than that the food was good, staff checked in to see how the food was, very nice. Just felt like there needed to either be a sign or someone to ask if we needed help. Will definitely go back though :-)
