This is my absolute favorite location. Malachi and the entire team is absolutely phenomenal. I love it here!!

Just left this establishment, and they clearly overcharged for my grande beverage. They charge the venti cost for a grande, and when asked, I was told, "Oh yeah, the taxes are higher here than other places." It's not the taxes looking at the receipt! You charged the same price for a grande that is charged for a venti. No thanks to this location! They can close down for all I care. I will drive the extra 15-20 minutes to patronize an honest location before I spend another coin here.
I have visited Starbucks here on Senoia Rd, Fairburn, Ga, on multiple visits and was greeted by a Barista named TAZ, she was very nice, very helpful with helping me with my drink, I was kinda confused about the ingredients, she asked me what did I like, told me all the drinks that had the ingredients that I liked, and asked if I liked cold or hot drink, TAZ was so patient and polite, she gave me a very warm and comfortable atmosphere, that now I walk in looking for her happy, pleasant, smiling vibe. TAZ vibe has warmed me , when on that day I was not feeling good, and had a lot going on, but when I came in and her politeness and patience uplifted me so much. CONTINUED BLESSINGS TO TAZ❤️🙏🏾

It’s an okay location. I come here almost everyday on my way to work and order the same drink. Same everything. But it seems like whenever I come on Mondays or Fridays my drink is off and there’s a problem with the “matcha” being overly strong. I could even see the bit of matcha sitting at the bottom of the cup because it was so much. And I’m aware the matcha has changed, but I’ve ordered recently and just added more syrup. Not a problem until Friday or Monday 😭 it’s so inconvenient because most times I’m in a rush and can’t return for them to fix it and if I’m not in a rush, I would be having to turn around. So in most cases I end up throwing the drink away bc it’s inedible. Could someone pleaseee help out the morning shift 🥲 I think we all appreciate it.
We were on our way home from 12 hours at a dance competition and wanted something to keep us going for the rest of the 1.5 hour drive. We stopped in just a few minutes before closing, not realizing the time was so close, to grab a coffee and snack. The staff was incredibly kind and took our orders with a smile. The gentleman who was at the register also talked to our girls about their day and congratulated them on their awards. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Sign on door said closed for bad weather however, it’s sunny and the roads are dry. So in this situation, couldn’t you have delayed opening? Being closed all day for a tiny amount of snow that was melted away by 10:00 AM makes no sense.
I stopped by Starbucks tonight and had the pleasure of meeting Joana (Jonah.) My apologies for misspelling it. Her smile is very infectious & her personality is beautiful. After a long day, it was very refreshing to be greeted with a beautiful spirit such as hers. Please keep her at the forefront of your company. She represents your company well.

I went in to get my daily coffee. I order the same drink every day, and I order it the same way I pulled up to the window, my drink looked off, so I told her to add more almond milk. Then she handed the drink back to me and slammed the window in my face. Then, when I tried to ask her to remake my drink, she gave me an attitude and slammed the window in my face again, then proceeded to tell me that we could not make a remake the drink in the drive-through that we would have to come inside and I’m on a busy schedule then when I came in, they were talking bad about me in front of me and giving me an attitude and they said that if my drink didn’t turn out right they would just give me a refund even though I didn’t want a refund I just wanted my drink, I think you need to review who you’re hiring before you hire them, there was no professionalism at all.
