Went to this Starbucks. They made my drink wrong. I requested another one. The two people in there a man and woman. One named Malaki .. they were made they had to remake the drink. They gave me a drink watery with ice all in it and I asked for a frappachino.
I went inside to get a refund and they were mad about me getting a refund. When I left they were laughing loud picking or whatever, I do have a little bit more class so it took a lot not to say much else. But they probably need to find something else to do besides customer service

I ordered a matcha Frappuccino & they gave me more ice than drink & when I pulled up to the window to get my drink it wasn’t any whipped cream on top which comes with it so they did the whipped cream after telling them to change it but I barely had any drink just ice ..the baristas need to learn the portions for drinks

Never got my order nor am I being issued a refund after waiting for 30 minutes. However, no one else had a waiting like me. I was late for work and they told me they will not refund my order nor make my drink and I will be contacting corporate immediately about this issue. Its sickening.

We just had our first ever horrible experience. I’ve worked at Starbucks for 5 years and I’ve never been treated like that by anyone before. They had us pull around twice because our food wasn’t ready which is fine I totally understand window times we pulled around for them and then when we got back to the window they had missed some things with our order so we asked for them and they said we needed to ask at the window before we pulled up after we had pulled around a few times. They tried to charge for a drink they messed up. I’ve never had a worse experience in my life. Jonah and Kayden were especially rude. After just flying in this is not an experience I would wish on anyone

My experience at the Starbucks on 7920 Senoia Rd in Fairburn, GA was pretty normal—nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing exceptional either. I ordered a cold brewed espresso, and the process went about how you’d expect.
I used the drive-thru, which was moving at an average pace—not too fast, not too slow. The barista at the window was polite, greeted me with a smile, and repeated my order back to me to confirm, which I appreciated. When I got my drink, the cup was clean, the lid was secure, and the drink itself tasted just like a cold brew espresso should—smooth, bold, and refreshing without being overly bitter.
There weren’t any mix-ups or mistakes, but it also wasn’t the type of experience that stood out as memorable. It was exactly what you’d hope for from a quick coffee stop: convenient, correct, and consistent. Overall, just a solid, routine visit.

Stopped by this location on 2 separate occasions. I always order the same drink, caramel ribbon crunch, and whatever drink my son wants. The way this location makes this drink is horrible. Never any caramel, or crunch. When you ask someone about it, they have an attitude and proceed to inform you that they know how to make the drink. For the amount of amount of money we spend on one drink, you think they would take the time to try to correct the issue. I will never spend money at this location. I will drive to another side of town to spend my hard earned money. A location that will make the order correctly and actually appreciate your business. Fairburn is going down fast and the restaurants are helping! I work in retail and customer service and know that people can be much sometimes, but I also know that people work hard for what they have and can always chose to take there business elsewhere.

Literally have lived 3 mins away for years. This has gone so far down hill it's insane. The little kids in there basically don't care. We had to tell her three times we got 2 drinks and 2 pup cups. She hands us one drink and some food we didn't order. Had to remind her again. After we finally got our drinks we taste it and there's coffee grounds in both cups. No sweetener and it tastes sour. I stopped coming here after a while because it was bad, but today was just terrible. You need to get your staff together and train them properly.

I placed a mobile order driving towards this location. And I pull in the drive thru and say I’m here for my order. And she’s like we haven’t started your order, so I was like okay so it will get started just now since I’m in the drive thru line. And she’s like no, we can’t start it since you placed on the mobile app. You can keep circling until we get to your mobile order. If you placed at the drive thru, we would start it now
