I have visited Starbucks here on Senoia Rd, Fairburn, Ga, on multiple visits and was greeted by a Barista named TAZ, she was very nice, very helpful with helping me with my drink, I was kinda confused about the ingredients, she asked me what did I like, told me all the drinks that had the ingredients that I liked, and asked if I liked cold or hot drink, TAZ was so patient and polite, she gave me a very warm and comfortable atmosphere, that now I walk in looking for her happy,...
We were on our way home from 12 hours at a dance competition and wanted something to keep us going for the rest of the 1.5 hour drive. We stopped in just a few minutes before closing, not realizing the time was so close, to grab a coffee and snack. The staff was incredibly kind and took our orders with a smile. The gentleman who was at the register also talked to our girls about their day and congratulated them on their awards. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
I stopped by Starbucks tonight and had the pleasure of meeting Joana (Jonah.) My apologies for misspelling it. Her smile is very infectious & her personality is beautiful. After a long day, it was very refreshing to be greeted with a beautiful spirit such as hers. Please keep her at the forefront of your company. She represents your company well.
