Service is horrible it took 15-20mn at drive through for your order
This Starbucks is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood. They have struggled with initial operations but as a supporter from day 1, I am pleased to see the leadership receive feedback and openly share the steps being taken to make this spot a go to destination in our great South Fulton. Special recognition to Marie, a young employee with a sweet kind spirit and working on her birthday with a smile. Younger people are always targeted when they do poorly so we want to acknowledge the ones who go above and beyond.
The service is incredibly slow compared to most locations. It’s incredibly disturbing that 5-6 people will be working behind the counter, but literally ONE will be making drinks. Everyone moves soooooo slow. I’ve waited 22 minutes for a drink TWICE!

If I order a venti I want the cup filled close to the brim. Shouldn't have to ask.

I came in at 12:00pm sept. 25th and about 3 of 5 employees were on their phones and off task. I’m not normally someone to complain, but I watched another employee have a whole conversation on the phone with someone for maybe 5 minutes plus visible to customers after my order was taken and the employee that took my order was also on her phone while she took my order, and then put it in wrong. I then had to wait 10-15 minutes for my first item which was a warmed croissant.. and didn’t end up getting my drink made until I said something to them at 12:30. The drink was not how i ordered it, the woman who made my drink rushed, and gave me a leaking cup with a top that didn’t fit with another cup under it.. along with a tiny hair at the top of the drink. I am extremely dissatisfied with my items and very disappointed with this location.

This has got to be the worst starbucks ever. Don’t order ahead because they still won’t make it till you get there.

My Son just went through the drive through and the cashier decided to add his own tip to my son’s order. Who does that???? Starbucks… why are you all adding tips to people’s tabs???? How many people are you all doing this to???? This is very disappointing that you have people working there doing this to customers. Pay attention to your totals people… they are scamming people at this Starbucks!!

I’m moving a way to college and I just have to say I’m going to miss this Starbucks. The staff here has made me feel like family. Every time they see me, they greet me with smiles and joy and it’s really been a highlight to my day. I’ve never connected more with baristas than I have at this Starbucks. I’m really going to miss everyone here. This Starbucks is absolutely excellent. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks drinker for probably over 10 years now. I feel like I’ve been blessed to have such a great Starbucks near my house because this has been the best Starbucks I’ve ever had.

This store location is absolutely terrible. I went in to pick up my mobile order at 7 o’clock this morning, and the doors were locked. None of the lights were on as if they were not open. I was not given any type of refund or any compensation to rectify this issue. Also The last time I came to this location, there was a short African-American woman with glasses and her attitude was absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional, I believe she was the new store manager. I will be contacting corporate for this terrible experience.

They’re definitely in my top three favorite Georgia Starbucks with convenient location being the #1 reason. Immediately followed by their amazing staff. Not only do team members tailor orders to your liking, they often greet you cheerfully or even bring your order to your table. Definitely a south Fulton gem

I went through the drive-thru I ordered a cheese danish. I ordered my tall ice white chocolate mocha and I went to go pay at the pay window. The young lady said they have no danish. This was after I already paid and tipped. So instead of refunding me the difference between what I asked for and what I ended up getting which was a butter biscuit she said it's only $0.02 difference And I said that I would like the difference back plus I tipped. She said I can't help you with that. I have other customers behind you. No one was behind me. Somebody was just ordering in her ear.
