One of my favorite Starbucks! They always make me feel so special and welcomed. A lot of the staff greet by name/recognize me every time I visit whether it’s in the drive thru on inside. They hand deliver your order to your table if they’re not swarmed. Love this store!!!

Expect to wait a very long time and then not get the correct order (even if your order is very simple). It’s absolute chaos in this store.

Ordered online got there 5 minutes after time noted for pickup coffees were ready but my food orders weren’t and apparently my food would have to get in line with the other orders already getting made!! Ordering online is pointless if I have to wait for my order like I placed it in the restaurant!!! Dublin donuts is right across the street and I think that’s where I’ll be spending my money from now on

Ordered a grande crème brûlée oat milk latte with an extra shot. They were out of oat milk and almond milk. I told them to go ahead and use regular milk. I rarely treat myself to coffee out. I pick up at the window and drive off. While sitting in traffic at the near by light I opened the lid because the cup felt light and the cup was barely 75% full. I was very disappointed. $8 rip off.

When I walked in I wasn't greeted. But the barista prepared my order quickly. I didn't have to wait long at all. But the only problem is I did not receive my red cup. And I picked up my order at 6:20 a.m. I ordered a iced sugar almond latte. So I don't understand why I didn't get a red cup.

The food is fresh, and the coffee, Pike Place Roast and my favorite, the Cappuccino, is always sooooo good! The very best of all here are the batistas! They are welcoming, kind, proficient, and professional. They create an atmosphere of warmth. It's a feel good kind of place!
The young gentleman that took my order and made my matcha drink was very kind and offered options which allowed me to make a change to what I usually get and my drink was spectacular! I didn’t get his name but he is the only man there. Thank you my guy!
To add, the entire crew was amazing and very welcoming! My best friend just got a house over here so I will definitely be back!

i’ve never had a good experience at this location. the bathrooms are nasty every time. there’s usually a long wait for your drink. they close randomly whenever it’s convenient for them even when they’re supposed to be open. & when the barista makes your drink wrong, instead of admitting they made it wrong & they gaslight you. like i’ve been getting the same drink every day for over a year I know how it’s supposed to look.
