Walked in I’m the only customer stood at the ordering side of the line at the glass ready to order the Lady who was working 01/12/2025 at 12:00 was on her phone watching a video and just ignored me didn’t greet me didn’t even say anything as I walked out. I went right next door to the pizza shop to where I was greeted and my money was wanted the lady should be fired but I know they won’t because she’s probably family. This used to be the best subway before they switched ownership fired the old staff and started hiring family only.
This subway doesn’t honor the promotional items the company delivers. They said it will ‘take away from the money they make’

I think it changed hands again, and it's not as good as it was. The folks aren't really friendly, and communication is difficult. I order a standard sandwich off the board, and it does not get prepared as indicated.

This Subway location is fantastic! The employees were incredibly professional and kind, the store is clean and well-maintained, and the sandwiches were delicious. I've had issues with other Subways before, but this location was perfect!

I ordered two cold cut sandwiches using the deal BOGO. I hadn't eaten all day due to a dr appt. I can in the store, the atmosphere was dry and the employees were not friendly. No one was in the store. I requested extra mayo and veggies one sandwich was made right the other was dry as a desert. I called to inform the manager his response was you want an extra mayo pack or vinegar pack. I was shocked. First of all he could find my order and ask if I ordered from his store. He ask me the address that I ordered from. He was pissing me off. He continued to say his employees are new. He didn't seem to understand English at all. I will never go bad to this establishment. The customer service and solution was terrible. With more than 20+ years of customer service under my own belt and going to other places of business, this was one of the worst conversations of my experience with my food. I don't recommend this place until they improve on this issues. Especially how to talk to a customer.

Just left this place today and man I must my sandwiches was good as hell that guy in there that looks like he's from Dubai hook it up I believe he puts some secret Dubai sauce on my sandwiches wooo it was good as hell I gave him a tip to this is my spot Mr Dubai I will see you soon thank you

This was probably the nicest service I've received at a service restaurant in a while. I wish I would have gotten his name. He apologized for the wait and was accommodating to my requests. They didn't have any tortillas for the wrap so he improvised with a flatbread instead. It wasn't great but I appreciated it.

I was told I could not use coupons that I use on a regular basis there I was told I had to get three different types of sandwich I could not get three teriyaki chicken footlongs I had to buy three different types of sandwich!! Which the coupon plainly states I could get three of the same sandwich they were only certain ones that are excluded! And then I was told on another coupon that I could use it online only when at plainly stated that I could use it one time in store use!! And then I was told how rude I was them and should respect them because they came to America and started a business in my community!! I'm not sure what that meant unless they were meaning because they were not from here and only one of them in the store spoke English you could understand and one of them spoke broken up English and the other three standing around spoke no English at all they were speaking in a foreign language to each other. And I guess I was supposed to be tickled because Subway sold them a franchise! I'm not really sure but I do know Subway lost a customer because of that visit!! Because to be honest with you I didn't appreciate some Foreigner disrespecting me and talking to me that way in my community!! They can look at their customers however they want but this customer all they're going to say is the back of my head and the seat of my pants!! Because they won't see my face at their counter again!! They may see me going into rubellos Pizza right next door to them that has a $9 Buffet!! And ice cold beer if you're a drinker. Which I'm not but a lot of people like it with their Pizza!!

Should've known with empty lot. Ordered 2 sandwiches. They blocked off view of meat with the flip up panel. Then quickly started adding the veggies. Got my drink. Went home. WOW! I got a couple of bread and veggie sandwiches Foot long club sandwich has maybe 6 pieces of meat on it. A little bit of veggies. And ALOT of bread. Even the soda was flat. This place SUCKS! RIP OFF! Used to be pretty decent place. Now a complete waste of your money. STRONGLY advise going to the Firehouse subs right down the road!

Horrible!! Will never go there again !
Ive been coming to this location for years. I either get a tuna wrap or a meatball wrap. The new management tried arguing with me because I wanted my meatballs toasted. I know there already warm but I wanted the cheese melted on top. Doesn’t melt if it’s not toasted. Meatball wrap taste nasty without getting it toasted. Then they gave me less tuna on my wrap. Also small portions of veggies. Now on my breaks I drive to old national.
