I keep trying to support but every time I come it’s worse than the last. I won’t be returning
I normally don't leave bad reviews unless the service was just terrible which it was. The young ladies inside of the store need to learn how not to be rude and talk negatively in front of customers. The food was typical Subway food and yet somehow I felt cheated out of the subway experience.
They close this location whenever they feel like it, charged me extra when I asked for a bit more pickles (with an attitude), and they are SLOW. Also, the bread is never fresh. This subway is embarrassing to our community. If you can’t maintain the store, sell it to someone else … we barely have any food options over here as it is. Disappointing. I’m sitting in front of this subway right now and it says they are open until 6pm. It’s 1:30pm and they are closed. Why?
Not only it’s one person during lunch. Employee didn’t wash her hand after dealing with money just put on gloves. Left out the line after seeing that

Walked in on a whim to get a dance group (about 30 girls) lunch before a performance. The owner, was super nice and helpful! She made logical and cost effective suggestions about foot longs vs. party trays. The two guys behind the counter were also very nice and quick to make my 8+ subs in about 20 minutes, even with other customers coming in and out of the store. Although it's a little far out for me, I'd definitely stop in again if I'm in Fairburn again.
Decided close early at 7:30 even though they left the lights on.
Went there last night employees was sitting in dining area socializing with some guys once I entered they yelled out we are out of bread how does that happen at a sandwich shop???

Absolutely the slowest Subway. The staff is pleasant but for some reason no matter how often I come the service is always slow
Just extremely slow. It took 35 mins for them to serve the 4 people in front of me. It took another 10 mins for them to make my food. And they were missing sauces so I couldn't get my sandwich as I intended. I won't be coming back and I suggest others don't go in the first place.
