Walked in on a whim to get a dance group (about 30 girls) lunch before a performance. The owner, was super nice and helpful! She made logical and cost effective suggestions about foot longs vs. party trays. The two guys behind the counter were also very nice and quick to make my 8+ subs in about 20 minutes, even with other customers coming in and out of the store. Although it's a little far out for me, I'd definitely stop in again if I'm in Fairburn again.
breaks my heart to write this bc the first time I came to this establishment it was amazing. this time was tragic. I was told they open at 8am but I was there at 813 and it was not open yet so I came back at 10am. there is a young lady that works there and she was not the nicest. very distracted by a young man who was hanging around. unsure when people will realize the people you hire can make or break you.
I just left the restaurant and a young man named John took my order. He was very pleasant and helpful. Food is tasty and fresh. There's nothing like good customer service! 😊
