Just left this Taco Bell and honestly, the food was a letdown. Everything tasted off—like it had been sitting out too long or made with zero care. The nachos especially looked like they were just thrown together in the container, not even close to what they usually serve.
I know it’s fast food and expectations should be realistic, but this felt rushed and sloppy. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, so maybe this one was just having an off day—but I definitely walked away disappointed.

The people on the inside close on purpose at 12:30 when online they close at 1. They purposely close the drive through at 12:30 because they don’t want to work and close extra early. When we pulled up and said we are going to leave a bad review they answered with a bad attitude saying “ I will leave you a bad review” the rudeness and disrespect is very crazy to understand.

Chicken Wrap wasn't fresh, taste like left over chicken tenders cooked in old grease. 🤮
First time visiting ordered steak burrito combo received beef n cheese burrito.. thought mistakes happen. Went today 6/6/25 order 2 taco supreme & pizza combo dragon fruit for drink the pizza crust is stale.. smh GO TO UNION CITY exit 64 Instead Sad yoi only can order by kiosk and they can’t get it right!!Oh and the white and red dragon, fruit slushy was only white!

This was literally the worst experience I've ever had going to a Taco Bell, they take forever, they have, yes, no initiative. They told me that they refused to take my order while I was on my electric unicycle, even though it is considered a vehicle even after I placed an online order, I still got the worst treatment and the manager on duty was absolutely rude.
