I pulled up to the drive-through in the rain, and we waited, but no one came on the speaker to take our order. We drove up to the window and saw the employees gathered together talking, with no one paying attention to customers. We also noticed some employees outside in the back smoking.
It’s crazy that the Starbucks right next door was so busy, while this place couldn’t even take an order. We ended up choosing to deal with the wait at Starbucks instead.

I live 5 minutes from here. So it would be super convenient before work in the morning, but the customer service is horrible. No matter the staff, they never greet or smile. They never pay attention to the To Go orders. I could have an order suppose to be ready an hour before I get there, no exaggeration, and it won’t be ready, they will not even acknowledge I’m there and give no apologies. It’s a shame because I’d rather not drive 30 min to the next location for better service.

Food is always good we love coming getting the coffees and donuts but they are always out of half the donuts. Doesn’t matter what time or day, they always are out this has happened the past 4 times I’ve been here. Maybe hire someone else to make them if none of the other workers know how

Sunday Morning Drive Thru...not EVER going back! VERY VERY SLOW! I understand things happen...but 20 minutes waiting at the speaker behind 2 other cars!!! Four cars in front of you, the 1st car at the window for pick-up and the 2nd car STILL AT THE SPEAKER...No thank you!

First time at a Tim Horton's and I might try it again elsewhere but this location was disappointing. I saw the Make it a Meal option on the menu and told the cashier I'd like to do that but she asked what I meant as if that wasn't an advertised menu option. I explained what I was looking at and she then said it could include any drink and any side. With that in mind, we made our order but it came out to over $20 - the meals are advertised as being about $7 each so we were confused why 2 of them cost so much. They couldn't print a receipt for us (they said receipts just weren't printing) and at that point we just bit the bullet on the price because we were trying to get somewhere.
The facilities left a lot to be desired. The women's bathroom was out of order, men's bathroom had no toilet paper on the rolls, just a large roll that didn't fit into a holder sitting on top of the handicap railing. All of the tables in the seating area were dirty and the floor had debris and a crumpled wrapper on it. Pastry display had not been refilled so we didn't realize we could order certain things until they wheeled out the trays with the backups to see what they still had when asked. We watched another customer go through the same thing. To be clear, the inside and drive through were not busy during our visit, max of one customer at each, but it didn't seem like any of the employees were bothering to clean the space or restock anything in their downtime. The food was okay, but it just felt like no one cared.
