Horrible after hours service. I placed an online order that said it would be ready in 15 minutes (9:15pm) and when I got there, they hadn’t even started making my order! There was NO ONE waiting, only the 2 employees inside, and 3 to go orders waiting on pickup. I asked for my order, and the woman inside went to a ticket and then signaled to the cook, and he looked at me and said 5 minutes, as he started to prepare my order. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my order to be completed. Once it came up, the woman at the window was so rude I almost threw the bag back at her! Do NOT go here in the evening. Daytime service is MUCH better.

The overpriced it big time I got coffee and and the beef cheese grill Platter. With extra meat.. came out to $20 even. Before the tip. It's 12.99 + 2.25 plus tax if it's added to the plate, come on now. Stop gouging your customers. Especially when you eat at waffle House a lot. You figure things out.

I went to this particular Waffle House on 2/07/25 @ about 7a. It was not busy as I had to place my order at the window. The young man who took my order (I'm giving him the benefit, he must have been new). As I was placing my order he seemed to be confused, I then let him see the screen on my phone as I had my order in my notes app. Once I placed my order, when it was ready, this young man STILL got my order wrong, almost forgot to give me the orange juice I ordered and did forget to include the waffle ordered. I will assume some responsibility as I should have noticed the waffle was missing. Once I returned to the house and realized the errors, I tried calling the restaurant. The number takes you to a prompt instead of being able to speak with a live person. I will also mention, the food didn't taste all that good especially for the amount I paid. I would not recommend this restaurant. I'm highly disappointed Waffle House on Senoia Rd.

I can in and sat down with my mom, our waitress Ignored and took two other people that sat down after us, then proceeded to stare us down and not even asked for drinks or anything, and as we were leaving a roach crawled off the counter and the waitress swatted it away

I ordered a steak medium rare with hash browns with jalapeños. I was unable to chew or cut the steak, no matter what utensils I used. The hash browns were delicious cooked to perfection. I'm very sad that the steak didn't turn out right. I couldn't return it because I was on my way to work.

I’m here at 03:20, 10/24/24 and the woman at the window had a bad attitude. I had to repeatedly ask her to act professionally. I usually tip, but my spirit wouldn’t let me tip her. How are you working for tips and acting like that? That’s on her, I guess.
