I wouldn’t recommend this Waffle House find another. Everytime I go to this one I spend good money just to end up throwing the food away. If you ask for no onions they give you tons of them and have an attitude when you ask to remake. Then once remade it’s still has the same onions you request not to have on there. The cooks dont listens nor pay attention when they are marking plates. They can’t get right on neither shift nights or mornings. Thanks for wasting my money by me not getting the quality of food I paid for . Never again.

Service was downright terrible and employees were very rude and nasty for whatever reason. It’s holidays whoever the two ladies working on the 24th night shift were downright mean and nasty.

Ordered a Texas Cheesesteak Melt with Hash Browns on Friday morning at 8:08 to be ready at 8:22am. I picked up the order and made it back to work. After opening up my melt to add mayo I discovered it was hair COOKED into the meat and cheese. I called immediately, and they apologized and corrected my food, but had I not wanted to add mayo I would've never known it was hair there until I bit into that hairy sandwich. Check your food people!!

We waited over an hour and a half for a to go order. The server was rude . We watch over 10 people come in asking for a refund due to waiting over an hour. If my family was not in town, I would have asked for a refund as well. The young man, who was the manager on duty, was over his head, no communication to inform the customer who was waiting a wait time. The server, when you asked her how long she replied I don't know, I'm not the cook." That is a horrible reply tell paying cusomers who have been waiting patiently over an hour and have tipped you with a good tip. These were the worst services I have ever experienced.
