Went through the drive through tonight and they got our order wrong. Then proceeded to take the bags from in our car and get us the wrong order again. For the second time, they took the bags back from our car. I doubt they made fresh food for the people behind us and just gave those bags to them. Don't eat here

I Ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal with no mayo, mustard, or ketchup on the sandwich. NO Condiments is clearly stated on the the receipt. Ketchup was put on my chicken sandwich and ketchup does not even come on the sandwich. Hood Wendy's.

What a nightmare from start to finish everything from overcharging to 18 minutes plus in the Drive-Thru on my 25 minute break never again Wendy's what a horrible place from start to finish

Horrible experience, costumer service at the window is terrible. My little sister card didn’t work at the window and she needed my mom to transfer money over to her card. When we let the girl at the window know. She cracked jokes in our face to employees in the back about how we don’t have money. Was so rude and felt like a bully.

Poor customer service
1 person in front of me. 10 minutes waiting for an order to be taken. After they took her order because I was still ignored, I finally had to say out loud CAN I PLEASE GET JUST A #8 SANDWICH? They are only taking care of drive up. I’m still waiting for my sandwich 10 minutes later. 4 people were here together before me got served more than 10 minutes apart. 20 minutes to get a sandwich. I could not find what I wanted on your kiosk. I walked up to it two times to try to order so I would get faster service. Ridiculous. I tried to put in a complaint on their contact customer service 3xs. It kept tell me to enter the rest location. I put in the info from the receipt3xs! I guess neither restaurant nor corporate has their act together. I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in at least a decade. I doubt I’ll be visiting a Wendy’s again. Fairburn,GA Senoia rd

This is by far the most incompetent Wendy's. I've placed roughly 30 to 40 orders in 2 years, and maybe 2 of the orders have been correct. I'm always given someone else's order, or half of my order is missing. I will repeat my order at the order screen, and then again at the pay window. Once i pick up my order, I'm always asked to pull forward, after given the wrong order of course, and will state again, will you please make sure xyz is in the bag. After waiting another 5 mins, I have to get out of my car and go inside, and again ask for the very simple condiment item. Why is it so difficult for this location to excel is basic fast food etiquette.

Ordered pretty simple order tonight through door dash 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and medium fries. Order was sealed when delivered by dasher got to my room opened and was missing the fries I was charged for. Should have checked once received shame 3 items were too difficult to place in the same bag thanks for the Ketchup packets 🙄

Line was long, food was very cold, and the staff was unprofessional…this is one of the fast food chains you wanna avoid in this area. It is staff with your children who don’t care about the quality of service.
The place was very clean the staff was amazing.I was definitely surprised at the attitude.The staff had they were very kind and friendly.I even paid one staff member five dollars.Because her attitude was awesome. Definitely recommend ten out of teDefinitely recommend 10 out of 10
