Never had a ever had such a fantastic chili from Wendy's. Whoever made it on Saturday evening around 7pm is to be commended along with the older guy who gave me my food at the window. Thanks for a great drive thru experience!

Terribly ran and it’s obvious why. The management does not honor the interviews that the schedule. My teen son was turned away on his scheduled interview and told to return at a specific time/day. When he showed up they had him sit down and wait over 30 mins for an interview that never started. Extremely unprofessional, inefficient, and disrespectful. Are yall hiring or naw? Because from the looks and feel of things…ya need to be under new management.

Why did these people take my order at 10:17 am for breakfast. It took them so long that when I got to the window they told me breakfast was past 10:30 am and told me there was no more breakfast and couldn’t find my order. So I waited over 10 minutes to not get any food? Don’t come here

Good Morning! I just visited your location at 2210 Jonesboro Road the city and state says Fairburn Ga. I ordered through the app per usual to make things easier. For one.. It took me 10 minutes to arrive. Upon arriving when I pull up to the speaker I sat there for a two minutes and no one greeted me. It was two cars in front of me. When I got to the window I explained to the host that no one said anything at the speaker so I pulled around. The host had an attitude and then told me my food is not ready and to pull around in a minute and a half. Ok. No problem I just want my food fresh. I waited two minutes and pulled back around. When I came back around she handed my food very fast and slammed the window. Of course I checked my food. My sausage was old. Wedges tasted like it has been sitting so then i was curious what was it that I waited for. The host then says it was a big order ahead of me and they had to prepare my food. It’s ok because I am a previous employee of Wendy’s so I understand and just asked for fresh wedges don’t even worry about my sandwich. The host then proceeded with her attitude. Told me it will be three minutes and to pull up and walked away. She didn’t even apologize or anything. Like I did something to her and all I tried to do was make it easier on them by ordering through the app. I waited five minutes until receiving fresh wedges. The host came out giving me a nasty look. She dang near threw my food at me. Upon checking my food I realized she didn’t give me the same bag where I had my jelly which is fine so I pulled back to ask for jelly. I didn’t want to however I paid for my food so I expected it to be right the first time. She then proceeded to roll her eyes hand me jelly and slammed the window. This has not been my first horrible experience with the morning staff at this location but as i previously mentioned I am a previous employee of Wendy’s so each time I give this location the benefit of the doubt. However enough is enough. The morning staff is young very unruly and unprofessional people. If you don’t like what you do it’s so many jobs out there that you can look elsewhere. I’m just saying. It’s that simple!

I was so glad when Wendy's finally came to this area, but over time I have become more and more disappointed with this location. The lobby is always closed for one reason or another which forces you to use the drive-thru. Order your food only to get home and find out they messed up the order, not to mention the nasty, no sense of good customer service attitudes displayed at the window. If I could give a rating of minus zero, I would. I'd rather go out of my way for better service than to be subjected to an establishment that have no knowledge or understanding of how to run a successful business.

The worst thing they did was allow the youth to become employed. This isn’t a real job. This location cannot be supported by the Wendy’s brand I refuse to believe it because they don’t even know what their hours are. They close some time around midnight. The time is incorrect they do not close at 1am. I showed up before and someone (male) just kept saying we’re closed in the speaker, the order was placed prior to I just went to pick it up. Canceled and I’m starting to hold myself accountable with these south Atlanta restaurants if I’m lucky they’ll get shut down and someone of another nationality will move in and provide better service because our people think everything is a joke. I miss when the adults worked in restaurants now it’s a bunch of knot headed teens who don’t really want to work anyway. (I’d unknowingly taken screenshots while I was placing my order sitting in the parking lot. As you can see I was there at 11:44 but their crappy app wouldn’t work by the time I reached the speaker it was 11:55 I was turned away and canceled my order at 11:59) never again won’t be back.

This is one of the slowest, get the order WRONG restaurants in the area. All I’ve seen are women working there and it seems as if they put the ones with bad attitudes out front to interact with the customers. It’s 12:16 on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and the dining area is closed.
