Very unprofessional. Yall definitely need better people on headset for drive thru . It was a girl on headset and a lightskin girl with a eyepatch and thought the disrespect was funny.

This is my second time coming to this Wendy’s for breakfast, and the woman always on the drive-thru has such a bad attitude, for no reason. There is literally no reason to have an attitude with customers at 7-8 in the morning, it’s ridiculous. She tries to disguise saying “nice” things like good morning with a nasty tone and nasty attitude. Just a complete turnoff overall , and I will not be returning ever again off the strength. Also, for it to have only been me in the line, I don’t understand why the food was COLD. 0/10 food and service, save your money, and just go to CFA.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. The food was neither fresh nor hot. The bun was hard, the meat was cold, the fries were cold and tough, and even the nuggets were dried out and hard. This is very unlike the quality I usually receive from this location.

I live only five minutes away, so there’s no reason my food should have arrived in this condition. It feels like money wasted, and now I have to find something else to eat at home. Very frustrating experience.

This location is the closest to my house and when I visit I usually don't have much issue. I visit the location today and ask for my usual with ranch salad dressing which I'm never charged for at any Wendy's. The manager told me a dollar and I went fumble for change then she comes back with the ranch rudely saying don't worry about it. I pull around got my dollar change to take it inside and tell her she needs to adjust her attitude or get out of working in the fast food industry. I'm still in the parking lot as I type this because who wants to spend their money where attitude is at. This may just be the same manager my son had an interview but instead of having the common courtesy to call to tell someone that they have hired who they needed they wasted his time and rudely told him they're not hiring. I just want to know where's that bubbly lady who used to work here that was professional fast and friendly with the short hair. They need her back or else I'll have to take my money to union city because this is ridiculous and employees looking at me with a nasty look. Theres no receipt and cheese fries are not full portion. How much cheese fries are? And you have an attitude and want to charge me for ranch. Get it together.

ordered our food on the kiosk and waited over 25 minutes, I asked about a update on our food and when I walked up there they looked at me like i was crazy and told me to wait then when i asked again they acted like they didn't even know i had a order and was scrambling to find my order, then the manger proceeded to answer me with attitude like i'm the one who works at wendy's and the employees were also fussing over food

I just left this Wendy’s and cashier Marcus is so rude and obnoxious!!!! Get rid of him you will loose customers!!! He needs to be trained again!!

Well my daughter ordered the nugget meal and I ordered the biggie bag I didn't get any nuggets for some reason My daughter thought that my nuggets was the four in the fry box but just so happened that was four of her spicy nuggets and I didn't even get nuggets I tried to call them back to let them know then that I was already headed back home which is all the way to Port St Joe normally I checked my stuff because of stuff like this but it looked like they had it together
